Top renovated cottage with large pool in prime location on Nikolaushöhe in Würzburg. A beautiful, unobstructed view of the city, a few kilometers to the city of Mitte. The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Newly renovated house with floor heating, an open kitchen with all required appliances, dining area, living room with a cozy fire place-(wood provided), a couch that folds out into a queen size bed, flat screen/satellite TV and a cozy bed 140 cm x 200 cm a modern bathroom, patio and WIFI.
