Eric a co-hosts were always responsive , polite and always at our service for any of our questions . Sometimes we kept on asking them multiple questions , they patiently responded and helped us . Host and co-hosts are truely professionals . If I get a chance I will book with them again . The room was very clean and we didn't had any complaints . It was a pleasant stay . Location is good but i didnt know the street name and address. Google maps doesnt bring you to the front of Castle Noel so it was a lot of driving in circles to find the parking lot.

Michelle place was exactly what it was like. I will definitely come back again.

We had an absolute blast in Cleveland and this was the perfect place for our home base for the weekend. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect - we were able to stock on groceries at the market, walk to all of our meals and entertainment and even go for a train ride on the rapid. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot downtown.

We really enjoyed our stayed at Muhammad's place! It was nice to stay in an apartment that felt like a home and in a walkable and safe neighborhood. We made a habit out of visiting Phoenix Coffee in the mornings and relaxed in the cozy living room each evening. We had a great time and really appreciated how helpful and responsive Muhammad was throughout our stay. Muhammad is truly a wonderful host! He checked in on us, provided recommendations, and was quick to accommodate our needs. He is truly the kind, caring, and knowledgable host described throughout the other reviews.

Great location, good parking options, and good food within walking distance. Wifi kept shutting off tho.

Other than a little initial confusion about where to park we had a great time here. We were conveniently located to a family event in Lakewood and attractions in downtown Cleveland. We also enjoyed architectural features of the unit, owning an old house ourselves.

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed. The view of the lake was even more beautiful in person with a great sunset view. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Brittany's place was great! Super clean and convenient! I think my only two cents would be that if you have small children to be very congnizant of them as the place is probably better suited for older children. Other than that I highly recommend the place!

Dorothy’s place was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 5 weeks. She was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We didn’t experience any issues. Would recommend for a short or long term stay in the Cleveland area.

We had a wonderful time staying here! It was a great location to visit Cuyahoga Valley NP and within walking distance of the cute downtown area. Our kids also loved the yard! A huge space that was perfect for kids of all ages with a small play structure and room to run around and explore.

Great location, inviting, and accommodating for groups with 3 bathrooms and plenty of space!

I can't say enough. Beverly's place was amazing. Beverly was on top of everything. the remote quit working for the TV. no fear Beverly had it handled with her informative menu of house stuff. lol Honestly I didn't wanna leave. What a lovely home and I can't wait to come back again real soon to visit family in the area.

My group really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful house, clean! A lot of restaurants and other places to visit were near by (driving and walking). Friendly area. I would rebook this place if I would to return to Cleveland!

We spent a relaxing and beautiful weekend on the shore of Lake Erie! The balcony was the perfect place to meet with God and enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise and listening to the waves crash on the beach. This condo is conveniently located on the first floor and had everything we needed for our stay. This was our 2nd visit to this complex and we will definitely be back soon!

This review will do you no justice! This home was far beyond the description. It was super beautiful and comfy inside. The house smelled amazing. I had a light concern regarding parking upon my arrival , the co- host responded IMMEDIATELY! Paul was definitely amazing. I highly recommend this home for your stay !

The place was great for the two of us. Cleveland is very walkable to we just parked our car on Friday and picked it up Sunday. The apartment has all you need to hang for the weekend. We’d stay there again.

Jen was a great and very responsive host. Her place is in a great location, very easy to walk anywhere in the city. We would book Jen’s place again.

We were beyond impressed with Tanesha and her outstanding Airbnb. The space was immaculate, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully equipped—with a fully stocked kitchen and incredibly comfortable, high-quality beds. Tanesha has truly anticipated every need to ensure her guests feel at home. When I made an error with the keys, she responded with such kindness and grace. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would return without hesitation.

Perfect location, right around the corner from West side market and great lakes brewery. The unit was clean and inviting, with a pleasant sense of style. The shared laundry space works well, with separate machines for each unit and easy access. The living room has a great couch and tv for relaxing at night. One nice touch for the future might be to add a reading light or floor lamp to the living room area.

The condo was very nice. It's in a great location easy to walk to the strip or the walking trail at the lodge. The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook. I loved the directors chairs that was on the porch and it was a beautiful view of the lake.

Michael's condo was perfect for our stay! Everything was immaculately clean, comfortable & has the greatest shower!! Rooms were spacious & the kitchen had every appliance, seasoning, cooking utinsil & bakeware you could need. Gorgeous views of the water & the heated indoor pool was a bonus! Keep in mind it's only open 8am to 8pm. Regardless we got to swim & relax! We visited in the off season, no crowds & extremely quiet! Drove out to 5 wineries for the ice wine festival & up to Bridge St. in Ashtabula for an awesome dinner since the strip is 99% shut down for the winter! Absolutely loved this place & highly recommend!
