The owners were very responsive and the home is a nice place to relax after a long day. An easy drive into Cleveland if that’s what your trip requires.

All the reviews are accurate. Well maintained unit and property. Lots of amenities. VERY clean. Nice decorations to go with the lake theme. Putt -Putt and ice cream across the street. Friendly and responsive owner and manager. It was a great place for three couples to celebrate turning 60. Planning on returning in October! THANKS!! (Binoculars were a nice touch) we stayed on property, so we did not use it, but reasonably priced transportation to the wineries or bars...better than a DUI.

Mary was very sweet and communicative from the beginning! Always responded quickly and offered help in anyway she could. We even left some stuff behind and she helped us get it back! 10/10 host!!

The host was great. We are so glad we were able to rent this house. It was a gem and great for a bachelorette party. It had an inground pool, privacy fence, outdoor seating and conveniently located. We would rent again.

Absolutely perfect for a relaxing girls’ weekend! The home was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed—a perfect backdrop for quality time and laughter. Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. The welcome book was super helpful, and the host was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Will definitely be returning in the future.

This was the second time we stayed at this location. We cannot say enough how great this rental is!! Everything is spotlessly clean. The fenced in backyard is great. Rob keeps the pool and hot tub in pristine condition. The fire pit in the back yard is great to sit around at night. We were very lucky to have perfect weather the entire week and were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub every day. The location is central to all the wineries and covered bridges. This year we were able to meet Rob when he stopped out to clean the pool...what a nice guy...really enjoyed meeting and talking with him. This is a definite 5 star plus location. The only negative thing and is something that Rob and Cassie have no control over, is the constant barking of the 3 large dogs in the adjacent yard. The only positive thing about them is that you will not need an alarm clock as the dogs will wake you up precisely at 7:30 every morning. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay!!!

Amazing large house near the lake. Wish there was walkable access to the lake but the listing does note there is none. It was close to wineries and plenty of things to do in Ashtabula and Geneva. Plenty of games, tvs and pretty much anything you need to make meals with your groceries. Clean house and linens.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was peaceful and comfortable! We were visiting local sites and it was so close to everything we wanted to see and do while still being quiet and relaxing. The owner was super helpful and quick to answer all questions we had. Anytime we find ourselves in the area we will stay here again!

We had a lovely time in Fairport Harbor for our Anniversary! The house was clean and had everything we needed! The location was perfect to walk to the beach or downtown for ice cream or anything else! I'd recommend this house to anyone wanting to check this area out!

Our stay was great and exactly what we needed. We really enjoyed the back yard and patio. Lindsay and Mike are great hosts and very responsive. I asked to extend our stay by a few hours and they were able to accommodate our request which was so helpful. We'd definitely stay again.

I selected this property because my elderly mother and my brother were coming into town for my son’s high school graduation and it’s hard for her to do stairs. This house was described as a single level home, so I jumped on it. Richard responded almost immediately which I appreciated. He was very nice and kind and even gave well wishes to my son on his graduation. Very kind of him. My mother was skeptical as this was her first time staying in an Air B n B. But she was immediately impressed with how well the yard was kept and how clean the house was overall. They really enjoyed their stay. Whenever I have family visit the Cleveland area, we will definitely book this property.

Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home! We have stayed at many Airbnb homes and this one tops the list! Beautiful, clean, well appointed and awesome communication. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 large bedrooms with attached baths and a nice kitchen/living area. Also, the backyard has a nice patio set and fire pit. We saw a deer, birds, etc. while relaxing outside. Nothing but our highest recommendations for this Host and home!

This place is GREAT. It reminded me of the old days of airbnb, where the hosts might actually live there part of the year. It had everything you could possibly need. It’s a lovely, charming, classic Cleveland 1920s build. It’s close to the lake, with access to an amazing park that overlooks the water. Euclid beach is just down the street. Easy to get to downtown. I have only positive things to say and I hope to stay here next time I return!

The home was extremely clean and everything we needed was provided. The host left good instructions and recommendations of places to visit and do on the area. Host were easy to communicate with and get ahold of, if needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area.

This was a GREAT place to stay while in the area. The house itself felt like home, plenty of amenities and good space to work. The walk to the beach and ice cream parlor was a nice bonus.
