We stayed at the place a year ago and loved it! You have a fantastic view of Graz here and the area is super quiet. Everything was totally clean and in the apartment is everything you need. We felt very comfortable again and look forward to next time :)

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

We really enjoyed our stay in this old and cosy family home in this peaceful village. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Tomas was here to welcome us and give us great tips on the best spot to catch some northern lights. The kitchen stove made our evenings extra cosy and magical. We had a very nice few days in Fredrik and his family's house. We were a group of 6 adults and a child of 2 years, and everyone had a great time. The house was big and nice and had goood space to find peace. The garden and outdoor room were probably the best: here our daughter could jump on the trampoline, play in the playroom, watch the fish and snuggle :-) We did the same as adults. And we loved the outdoor living room, here we sat until late at night and played games and enjoyed ourselves in the summer sun. Definitely a really nice stay in a quiet and safe environment. We would love to come back as neither of us would go back home. Easy to find and clean and cozy house. Hugs from Norway 🇳🇴

We (2 adults, 3 kids) were able to rent this beautiful house at very short notice. We really liked it, the beds were good, the bathrooms were nice, the kitchen was tip-top - the overall impression of the house was great! It was also very helpful that there were already some things, such as oil for frying, dishwasher tablets, coffee beans and toilet paper. Communication with the host was always friendly and always responded quickly. Thank you so much for letting us spend our 5 nights with you.

The apartment is very clean and comfortably furnished. The location near the center is ideal, you can reach everything on foot in a few minutes and yet it is quietly located. We are very satisfied and had a very nice stay.

This place was a fantastic value! It was basic but clean and comfortable. The location was amazing- on a quiet street with no street noise, but only a 5 minute walk to lots of public transit and services, including a grocery store. Best of all, less than half a block to City Park. Also easy to find. It is a loft apartment, but offers a lot of space for 1-2 people. The decor is nothing fancy but it has everything I needed to feel comfortable and at home. Host responded to any questions I had .

The apartment is very nice, the things in the apartment are neat and clean, and there are many kinds of things, which makes us feel very cozy. The owner was very attentive and responded to our messages promptly to help us find the apartment. The experience was really good. Highly recommended!

Quiet and practical, there is also some playground for the kids just at the door.

Clean apartment, looks like photos, smart TV, very firm mattress/pillows. Dorentina was very communicative and sent lots of photos showing how to find the apartment and lockbox. There is an elevator, but note there are 14 stairs outside the building door before the elevator. Key and elevator fob are in lockbox on 3rd floor. So if you are alone, when you arrive and depart, you have to carry your luggage on the interior stairs (52) because you cannot use the elevator without the fob. The day I arrived, I waited 20 minutes for another tenant to come down on the elevator and use their fob to allow me to go up on the elevator. Top bed sheet would have been nice as the comforter was very hot. Great location right by the Square! Lots of cafes, little grocery stores and bus stops on the same street - do not miss PizzArte (one street over) with great wood oven pizzas! Take buses for 40 cents since taxis will not use the meters and overcharge you.
