Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included.

Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

House by the sea near Tromsø with panorama views

We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
