Very close to the beach with morning sun. Possibility to add your own boat, as well as to borrow a double kayak. The lake cottage is located in Krysshamnsviken, near Nämdöfjärden and lakes within walking distance. It is about 4 km to Stavsnäs where you will find an Ica store, paddle tennis courts, bakery and restaurant in the picturesque old village, as well as the nearest bus stop.

Tourist attractions such as the Göta Canal, the Nordic region's largest inland swimming area and Bergs locks are close by. Borensberg (5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike) offers swimming areas, mini golf courses, cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, interior design stores, good public transport and pharmacies. My husband and I started our project in 2017 and finished it in the end of July 2024. I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot, it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Wake up to the birds singing, enjoy your morning coffee on the jetty and watch the mist rise from the water. Take a hiking or mountain bike trip in a nearby nature park or try your luck at fishing. Evening sauna, hot tub, fireplace and starry sky crown the day.

A wilderness cottage on the shore of a beautiful lake in silence

Cozy wilderness cottage in the tranquility of nature on the shore. Great hiking opportunities. The cottage is located on a large private property 6 km from the owner's home. Access to the cottage is only through the owner's backyard area. No close neighbors. The cottage is accessible by car. The guest must be an experienced guest who controls the wood-burning fireplaces and the use of a gas stove. Also used to survive in different natural conditions at different times of the year.

Fredfull sted 15 meter fra egen strandlinje ved sjøen. Nyt dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet, med en tur i badstu og en dukkert i sjøen eller vedfyrt badestamp. Kano kan fritt brukes med forbehold om at redningsvester brukes og sjø kunnskap er til stede. På eget ansvar. Badestamp er vedfyrt og må avtales for oppfyring. Tilleggspris pr gang tilkommer. Sauna er vedfyrt og kan fritt brukes. Oppfyring gjøres av gjester. Perfekt for å se Nordlys siden det er lite lysforurensning.

Snuggle up by the fireplace and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate in this enchanting oasis of tranquility on the quiet Estonian peninsula, just forty minutes from exciting Tallinn. If you wish, you can care for and cuddle the fluffy chickens (no obligation!) who live on the premises and over summer listen to the crickets singing amongst the lavender beds.

Guest house in Abisko

If you're looking for a genuine accommodation in Swedish Lapland, this is the place for you. The cabin is located on a secluded peninsula, right by the lake Torneträsk. Completely separate from other tourist groups. From the cottage, you have a nice view of Lapporten. And if you're lucky, you'll be able to see the northern lights directly from the cabin.
