I am the owner. I live in the same building and therefore guests immediately without delay (as is usually the case at the reception) upon arrival immediately move into the room, in which the heating-air conditioner and boiler with hot water are already turned on. The apartment is on the 31st floor Cozy, nice, fresh renovation. The apartment has absolutely everything for a pleasant stay: appliances, dishes, linen, towels, Wi-Fi. Very beautiful and unforgettable view: the sea, the promenade, the lake and the "singing" fountains with night lighting

Minimal Hostel is ideally located for exploring the city. You can walk to Schlesisches Tor underground station in less than 10 minutes and the East Side Gallery is a 15-minute walk away. Minimal is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and small shops. If you come with your children, there is a children's farm, the beautiful Treptower Park and several playgrounds nearby. We are not a party hostel. Smoke-free, no alcohol is allowed in the hostel.

Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms is centrally located in Rome, just a 5-minute walk from the Spanish Steps. This Deluxe Double Room, "Babuino Room" that faces the historical fountain "er Babuino", features ceiling with wooden beams, Free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, minibar and elettric kettle.
