Very nice apartment. Also ideal for a business trip, not only when the hotels are fully booked, but otherwise very rewarding.

It's like coming home and you immediately feel comfortable and know that you're as good as with friends. Although we didn't have good weather this time, the stay there made up for it and we will probably come back next year and are already looking forward to it.

Amazing peaceful place. We loved the tranquility of the little forest and our kids seeing the animals. Kurt and Liz were helpful and very welcoming.

We were a group of 10 people - two families with children and two grand Mums- spending 8 nights at the three villages of La Ghiga. Our experience overall was truly wonderful: -The place is a gem allowing you to reconnect with nature. -The villages are all well sized, equipped and modern with little decorative details giving them a cosy personality. -The pool and garden are maintained daily. -Olivia the host and her lovely family ensure being helpful with all your needs. -The opportunity of trying Olivia’s home cooking with (mostly) own produce is unique and truly recommended to try at least once. -Last but not least, Olivia gave us a tour to their farm which the children loved. The region offers various interesting places to visit e.g.: Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Lake Bracciano, Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, Villa Farnesse, Tuscania, Viterbo, Sacro Bosco di Bomarzzo. All these are between 25-80 min drive from La Ghiga. Otherwise there is a supermarket at 12min drive and the village of Nepi offers a variety of restaurants if you don’t want to be bothered cooking.

Nice old farmhouse nearby a lake to swim. Nostalgic, but don't expect too much luxury. It has everything one needs and by car you are safe to get everything nearby. She is a realky excellent host, who helps at nearly any time. Ready to feel at home. Hugs!

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Their families are so nice and friendly for us . Great !

This apartment is really wonderful - it is really spacious, very well furnished with a lot of well thought out features. It is very light and airy. It is in a quiet, rural location with fabulous views and walks that leave from outside the house. There is ample covered parking on site, which feels very secure. The apartment is only a short drive (or walk, bike ride) from Scheffau (c 2-3km) and there are more facilities (eg shops, restaurants, swimming pool) close by in Ellmau (a further 5 km). We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Fritzi's. At Easter, the apartment was lovingly decorated and there were fresh flowers on the table. Communication worked out great. The apartment was very clean. For our son, it was a highlight to be able to feed the chickens. All in all, a successful stay!

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We stayed here for 1 week over Christmas and had a great, relaxing time. Maria was always easily accessible and helpful. We lacked nothing. Thanks a lot :-)

The area is pricelessly beautiful. It's very quiet and Josef lives right next door if you have any questions. The apartment has everything you need. If you come by car, it's better. We would definitely book it again. Thanks for everything

We had a wonderful time! Gorazd was super easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. Loved the animals on the property, definitely a highlight for us. The wood-burning sauna is an absolute plus with a nice view out into the forest. We brought our dog along and she had the best time going for walks in the woods just right by the place. Great location for a little getaway!

Amazing place and super friendly hosts. I will highly recommend it to everyone who loves nature and animals. The house was super cozy and the separation toilet worked really well. We would love to come back ❤️

Very cozy little farm with horses, sheep, chickens and dog. My son who turned 9 got a ride in the birthday press which was almost as appreciated as playing with the dog (it was probably the highlight). Many thanks for your kind reception :)

The place was perfect! Everything very clean and furnished to a high standard. In addition, Gary was always very easy to reach, very friendly and gave us many recommendations in the area. Absolutely recommended and one of the nicest places we've ever been to!

We had a very nice time at the cottage. The children could play in the garden and in the evening we made ourselves comfortable by the fireplace. Very pretty house, it has everything you need.

Very nice house bright and with modern decor, lovely with 2 toilets and comfortable beds. Beautiful surroundings and nice baths..Plenty of space outside where we played with the house kubb and grilled our dinner. The host couple is very nice and accommodating. We are happy to come back.

We loved our stay here! The location is incredibly beautiful and peaceful, Elisabeth and Jorgen truly went out of their way to accommodate us. We hope to come back soon!

A unique place to stay, in the loft above the sheep stables, we loved the individuality of it. Jenny was super friendly and made us feel right at home. She had cute rabbits and sheep and let us take apples from her tree. It was very quiet and the loft was very spacious. The washing machine made us very happy as we had just about run out of clothes! Definitely a great place to stay.

We spent New Year here with family. Nicely renovated accommodation with many beds. Secluded place with close to nature. The host was quick to respond and provided great directions to the place. We are overall very happy with the stay and can warmly recommend this.
