Villa vacation rentals in Eastern Europe

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

When we arrived, the navigation system first wanted to take us to another street, but we found it relatively quickly. When we arrived, a young man immediately came to us and explained everything and showed us the place. His mother immediately provided us with cold drinks and the family was really super friendly and accommodating. They stayed in the small cottage that is located exactly on the way to the private beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is a dream. The apartments have everything you need to live and close to the villa there is plenty of shopping and many restaurants with good food. The private beach was beautiful and we were even allowed to rent masks and paddle boat for swimming. What we needed,the family was always there. Also the pool was nice big and clean. You didn't really hear the airport nearby, but it was impressive to see the planes start. Thank you for everything

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.

This place was incredible. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was great. Our 3 year old loved it and was great that it was under cover. Taxis / Ubers were reasonable into Fazana and Pula and we hired a car for further trips and you could walk to the local beach in about 15 mins. We loved the space and location. Restaurant across the road is definitely worth a visit!

Very nice and clean accommodation. Indeed, it was a pity that there was very little kitchen utensils available, such as an extra pan (especially if you are staying in the house with such a large group), kitchen towels, sponges,..... There was also no cleaning equipment available, such as a vacuum cleaner, mop,...After we contacted the host, this was put in order very quickly. The host is very friendly and helpful. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, bakery, vegetable stalls and butcher. Also very close you have several eateries. Be careful if you want to rent a boat through the host. Host has nothing to do with this rental. These people are not reliable! They rented a speedboat that was already broken, where water came in, didn't get windshield, no life jackets. We were accused of crashing the boat. Boat taken out of water, nothing to see. It turned out that the pump had been broken for a few days. Didn't get any money back!

The Villa was beautiful and in a great location!

Such a great place to stay - the villa had everything you would want. Stunning views across to Brac. Locally there are a couple of bars / restaurants to walk to. Only 15mins into Omiš for more options as well as adventure options including zip line, rafting etc.

Absolutely recommended! Everything was great! The time in the villa was very pleasant and Maja was very helpful as a hostess, full of great tips and recommendations for activities and restaurants - all of them excellent. Villa very clean and spacious, modern and equipped with everything you could wish for, including a great grill. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed the time in Villa Lucella very much. We were 9 people, although the villa also offers relaxed space for 10-15 people. The accommodation with all the amenities corresponded 1:1 to the expectation and the pictures. Everything was very clean and modern. The landlord's parents live next door, which we perceived as rather positive and uncomplicated. We particularly liked the great sports facilities (beach volleyball, tennis incl. floodlight), which we used intensively as well as the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised that each room had its own bathroom. The only negative criticism is the repeated smell of smoke in one of the bathrooms in connection with the grilling (came through the ventilation). All in all we had a great and uncomplicated week and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful villa and location. Mirjana is an excellent host, incredibly helpful and always on hand if you need anything. Would recommend staying to everyone and I will hopefully be back in the future.

Dajana’s place was fantastic, everything you would need and more. We felt like home. The kitchen had all the dishes and little things you need for serious cooking, we had beach towels, and everything we needed. Great location and everything new. Thanks a lot Dajana

Diana is a great host. Very welcoming and accommodating. The villa is beautiful, spacious and as described. We had everything we needed and there are two supermarkets nearby and the beach is just a few kilometres away. We enjoyed our stay at Diana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her villa.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Lovely staying, very relaxing We stayed 4 nights but wished to stay longer

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

The place was amazing!! It is located in a peaceful area with lots of nature surrounding it. It was also very spacious with many rooms every one with its own private bathroom and shower. The host was very nice and helpful throughout the whole stay! I definitely recommend!

Edi was nice and helpful guy, he answered fast and kindly to our messages. The house is located in a quiet and cozy place in the village of mravince. From the house it is a short distance to a shop and a restaurant. The balconies had wonderful views of the mountains and the city. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were our favorite places during the holiday, the water was clean and suitably warm. Our holiday was nice and memorable, thank you Edi.
