This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

Christine’s cottage was perfect for us (2 adults, 5yo and 2.5yo). It was a short walk to the beach and right in the middle of the high street so close to everything we might need. The cottage was very cute and we felt right at home. The bedrooms were particularly lovely and we really enjoyed time in the garden. Christine knew we were bringing children so there were a great selection of toys and books left out that kept the kids entertained, they were delighted finding them throughout the house and garden. It was a short walk to the beach so really a perfect location. We loved coffee from Grounded and had great pizzas from Pecorino one night. We would definitely stay at the cottage again. Thank you!

A perfectly comfortable, spotlessly clean, spacious home from home with every amenity that you could want. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils if you wanted to cook. A pretty little south facing garden to relax in with comfortable garden furniture. The bungalow is literally 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk to the charming village of East Wittering with its selection of shops and restaurants. Easy parking outside in the street or on the drive. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this lovely Airbnb for a break in this part of Sussex.

Boutique beach are great hosts, we have stayed several times with them and they have lovely properies close to beach and amenities. They are always very responsive, polite and professional.
