Family-friendly vacation rentals in East Wittering Beach

Property is in a great location, close to beach, restaurants, cafes etc. Beds were really comfortable and the lounge/dining area was a great space for our group of 7 adults to socialise. Kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Had a lovely meal out at "The Seaview" hotel. We hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

We had a lovely stay at Greenbank. The house was spacious, tidy and clean, and we appreciated the extras provided by the host (towels, toiletries, tea and coffee). The property is just a short walk away from a playground , shop, pharmacy and local places to explore, which we enjoyed investigating. Our 4-year-old loved reading the children's books from around the house and the garden was a lovely spot to play in. We paid to have the hot tub, which we found easy to use and great fun. Beautiful, secluded weekend getaway! Saw lots of wildlife within the fields and the accommodation was lovely. Outside bath was extra special.

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

Lovely peaceful weekend away. The place was very clean and beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Both lulu and russ were very welcoming and helpful. We used the hot tub on the Saturday and would recommend booking this. The location is great - very peaceful and a 5min drive from the beach and pubs in walking distance. We look forward to returning!

this worked really well for us. The house is. in a wonderful location next to the sea and lovely walks from the front door. Sara wad a fantastic host very good at communicating and incredibly generous. We would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at Andrea & Arnie’s home The house was clean and tidy We arrived to some cakes too which was a lovely touch! The outdoor area was such a lovely little sun trap, we had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting and soaking up the sun before I got married in Chichester on Friday! The amount of crockery, glassware & dishes available to prepare and serve food and drink in was fantastic! Location was fabulous, just a 20 minute walk to the marina where we enjoyed lunch at the boathouse restaurant Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous home for us to enjoy for 3 days 💜

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

Beautiful place, lovely location. We had a nice stay. Very helpful staff we came to the rescue when my daughter was unwell. The farm grounds are stunning and being able to pet the animals was a treat. Only criticisms were the WiFi is not great and the sofa bed mattress has seen better days. Other than that we had a brilliant stay! Definitely recommend

A very pleasant town house that manages to be both very accessible (close to main road, station, city centre, amenities) and tranquil (quiet residential road, adjacent to the canal). A lovely area too, handy for Wittering beaches and South Downs. For those who like to cycle, the infrastructure and nearby routes are excellent too.

what a lovely find! absolutely lovely surroundings, beautiful decor,cozy homely feel reminded us of 'a Dolls house',the fridge was very well stocked with butter, squash, milk, bread, jams! (I was very happy!) thankyou! The beach was minutes away, and castle 10 mins drive away! Emily was such a lovely host, very friendly very caring, thankyou so much for making our stay a memorable one!!!

Lovely stay for the Christmas holiday. Visiting family but this place was a great spot to relax after a busy day. The beach theme fits the area perfectly. Lynn was very helpful answering questions regarding our daughters needs. Good place to stay for a small family, enough beds!

Elizabeth was a warm and welcoming host. She and her husband were remarkably tolerant of 4 dogs. The area that Elizabeth lives in is very beautiful and the barn and garden are incredible. Lots of really lovely walks around. It was a treat to stay here.

This is the second time I have booked this accommodation for colleagues working in the area. The accommodation is excellent providing all the home comforts required when working away from home. All communication with Katie is was excellent and if we're ever back in the area again I will definitely re book with Katie

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

We had such a lovely stay at Linda’s place! Even before the trip, communication was super quick, friendly, and accommodating. Linda went out of her way to answer all our questions and offer tips for the area—and kindly offered us an early check-in, which was really appreciated. The welcome goodies (and the cute stickers for the boys!) were such a thoughtful touch. The bungalow itself was perfect for our trip—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We even met Linda’s partner Keith on the way out, who was just as lovely—really friendly and chatty. Thank you, Linda, for a wonderful stay. Would absolutely recommend!

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

We loved staying in the boathouse. Ideal for a family with children. Wonderful location looking over the creek . We didn’t hear the ferry which is 5 minutes away. We liked the sound of children playing on the other side of the creek. The pool area was recently upgraded. The property is well equipped and comfortable. Catherine was an excellent host who looked after every detail professionally.

Emma was very welcoming as we arrived. She showed us around and gave us perfect advice on how to get into town. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We found a swing attached to the trees and had great fun. The bed was like a cloud and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend to family and would stay again.

We had a perfect stay at Tara’s place — it was relaxing, comfortable, and we were surrounded by beautiful countryside. We especially loved sitting out on the deck in the sunshine, taking in the views, and listening to the peaceful sounds around us. Tara was a fantastic host — so friendly and welcoming, and she instantly made us feel at home. It was also such a treat to meet her beautiful dog, Sula! We really enjoyed spending time in the hot tub and at the tennis court, and it was even warm enough to have a little swim in the pool. The walk through the fields to the local pub was stunning and made our stay even more special. Thank you for the idillic stay!
