Family beach house a stones throw from the sea

WendyRating, 5 stars11 months ago
lovely property finished to a good standard very close to the beach. Ideal for us (family of 5 + dog). Only comments are that the top bunk bed mattress is very poor and could be easily fixed with a cheap option from Ikea and the shutters do not block out the light (only a few rooms have curtains as well) so be prepared to wake up with the sun! :)

A spacious bedroom features a light color palette, with a large bed adorned with decorative cushions. A soft armchair is placed beside a window, with natural light illuminating the room. Artwork hangs above the bed, adding a touch of charm to the decor.

White Roses a dog friendly retreat for two

SuzanneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Justine was a very responsive host and helped to sort a few small things very quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed White Roses: Spacious, clean, lovely outside spaces, dog treats provided, quiet, kitchen very well equipped, very good location, lots of dog walks nearby. All in all we would definitely like to return at some stage. Thank you Justine for a lovely stay.

Bayside Bracklesham Bay

LeighRating, 5 stars3 months ago
a really well appointed, clean property in a very peaceful and quiet setting, but only a 5 minute walk to the beach. also just a short walk to a couple of great coffee shops and local Co-Op. if you want a bungalow in such a setting and easy drives to many other lovely areas along the coast and inland, then we would recommend this property!
A private hot tub is positioned on the deck of the garden, surrounded by greenery and blooming flowers. The light-colored tub contrasts with the mature brick exterior of the bungalow. Windows nearby allow for natural light to enter the space.

Seaview Beach Retreat Just 120 Yards From The Sea.

MargaretRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Roger’s little house suited us very well. We paid a premium price because it was summer half-term week but we were happy to do so in order to have clean and comfortable accommodation close to Seaview centre.
A sunlit outdoor area features padded sunbeds and a large umbrella providing shade. The beach is visible in the background, with pebbles leading to the shoreline. A small wooden path is seen, adding to the inviting coastal atmosphere.

Seaspray Pagham the Holiday Home on the Beach

PamelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great few days at Seaspray. We all loved the shingle beach and sea just outside the door, especially the children. The local Co op and Fish and chips were extremely useful. We had a lovely walk in the nature reserve of Pagham Harbour. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed reading the folder with the history of the Pagham railway carriages and the Mulberry Harbour. All very enjoyable.
A spacious decking area is fitted with a dining table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals. The surrounding garden is fully enclosed, featuring lush grass and a few bushes, offering a peaceful environment for relaxation.

Solent View

JoanneRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Solent View is a lovely bungalow with excellent accommodation, with a lovely homely atmosphere. The area is very quiet. Lovely to walk out onto the deck in the morning and see big ships gliding by in the distance along the Solent!! Also enchanted by the sight of two red squirrels chasing each other around the garden, great wildlife moment. Loved the Isle of Wight, we will have to come back again as there is so much to do and a week was not long enough to see everything. Great walking in the area, lots of well maintained public rights of way, so that you can go on long hikes through lovely scenery almost from the front door. Beaches were lovely, small and picturesque and quiet.
A dark grey door with a glass panel allows light to filter into the interior space. A natural welcome mat is positioned at the base, while nearby bricks showcase the home's exterior design. Various textures of brick and window framing are visible.

I had a great stay at Winkle cottage. The area is great and the dog beach is a highlight. All the included amenities were perfect and I appreciated having a washing machine to use. I didn't meet the host but they were very communicative through messaging.

Seaside Cosy Bungalow

StevenRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Lovely place to stay, unfortunately we had bad weather which meant that beach days didn't reallly happen for us which was a massive shame due to the close proximity from the air bnb. I would recommend this place though and decent hosts too. Many thanks.

Willow-Oak-Seaview walk to Beach

TracyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
This bungalow was the cleanest and most well equipped air bnb I have stayed in so far. It suited us perfectly as a place to stay with my elderly mother visiting relatives. Julie answered my questions quickly as was very helpful. We hope to return next year.

Gorgeous rural bungalow, close to the sea

NinaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A great place to stay, very quiet, comfortable and warm. Lots of space with comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and a nice outdoor seating area. There are good walks nearby and the beaches at west wittering are within easy reach. Chichester is about a 20 min drive and well worth a visit. This is a convenient place to stay if you are attending Goodwood events though be aware if you have a classic car with low road clearance, there is a speed bump on the access road which our Caterham would definitely not have cleared!
