We had a lovely weekend at the property with the family. The place was extremely well-kept and thoughtfully managed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the little touches from the host – essentials like eggs, bread, and milk were provided, along with a freshly baked cake, which was a delightful surprise. Kate was absolutely lovely and incredibly responsive. She ensured we had all the information we needed well in advance of our arrival. The host truly went above and beyond to make our stay special – from providing cushion covers for the outdoor seating (perfect for the sunny weather) to picnic blankets for enjoying the outdoors. The online guidebook was also very handy and full of useful tips. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away, especially if you enjoy countryside walks and scenic trails.

Lovely stay at Sara’s place. Four lady friends, spacious comfy room each with lovely linen and towels, super clean. Lovely area, spa day at Bailliffs Court and day at tulip garden and Arundel castle. Dinner at The Lamb you can walk and great menu and service. Also beach at Bognor and Littlehampon and lunch on river at Black Rabbit on way home. Great, easy communication and friendly welcome. I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Great home and location, we had a lovely long weekend there. The house has everything you need and more, and is beautifully kept and all instructions super clear and easy. Julian couldn’t have been more accommodating - would definitely recommend!

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

This is a lovely house; it's clean, well thought out, comfy beds, and felt quite homely. The garden really is dog-friendly too - walls on 3 sides and a hedge with stems close enough that a Labrador wouldn't be able to squeeze through. The host left some nice welcome gifts and was very flexible throughout the stay. The pub over the road does great food, and there are some lovely walks from the house. Goodwood, the coast, and Arundel Castle are all within reach. Recommended.

A very pleasant stay. The property has a lot of charm and character, was very clean, and all amenities were as listed. Singleton is a lovely village with a friendly pub and some great walks in the area.

Kates apartment was a lovely space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was great to be able to throw the back doors open and see and hear the sea and wander down to the beach to admire the view across to the Isle of Wight and the ships coming and going. I even saw a cormorant. It was nice and quiet and even though near the beach walk still felt private. The flat was well equipped and the instructions very clear. We had a lovely weekend

Just returned from a perfect stay at Janet's caravan. Beautifully kept, absolutely spotless with lovely homely touches (thanks for the welcome drinks!) We felt right at home straight away. Janet was very quick to respond to my questions before i booked, and quickly sorted out an issue with the entertainment passes for me. The campsite is huge, but the caravan is ideally situated close to the sea and restaurants/ indoor pool, but was peaceful enough to enjoy the decking area. We were so lucky with the weather! Thank you for having us Janet, and hope to return.

The apartment itself is very new and modern with lovely large windows and roof velux windows letting in plenty of light. The kitchen and bathroom are well specified. The bed was large and comfortable. The welcome food pack was excellent and covered the basics. The apartment overlooks the estuary and marina with the beach a few minutes away. There are Good coastal walks nearby plus There are local restaurants, cafes and take aways. We had no time to try them out The town of Littlehampton is a little dated and bland and in need of some TLC. Overall we had lovely stay and Tara was a friendly host.

Such a lovely place to stay! Very clean and perfect for what we needed and as a bonus our kids loved it too! Would definately stay here again when we are down visiting family

We loved staying at Creydi‘s! The guest house in Southsea is 5 minutes away from many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and the beach. Other locations can be easily reached by bike. The acommodation was extremely homely with a great love for detail. Every question we had was answered immediately. We‘ll come again :-)

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

Poppy’s studio was just as pictured and very well kitted out. I had a lovely stay and was very comfortable. The area is lovely too, right by the beach and walking distance of town . I would recommend

We loved our stay at Tim's place - what a location! So close to the beach, lovely quiet neighbourhood and loads of beach walking and places to eat all close by. It's an excellent location for exploring - Portsmouth and West Wittering as well as the Hayling Island itself. Tim could not have been more responsive and helpful with all of his communication - first class stuff. Couldn't recommend this place enough and we will be back!

The perfect spot for our family get together to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Spacious, thoughtfully appointed rooms, each with an en-suite. Lots of cosy spaces to gather. Amazingly stocked kitchen. We had a fantastic time

We loved our stay at the beach. Such a beautiful location and so different than our sand beaches we have in the US. The rocky beach may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us as we weren't going to be swimming in April anyways. The house itself was wonderful and inviting - nothing bad to say about it.

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

The property is brilliant and has everything you could need. The location is ideal and Emma is very responsive to any questions you may have. Absolutely recommend this place to stay and we hope to return next year!
