Monthly Rentals in East Porterville

It was such a cute apartment. My family and I really enjoyed our stay:)

One of the BEST Airbnb’s we have stayed at in all the 9 months we have been traveling around California. Joanie is the most thoughtful, caring and loving host. We felt like we were staying with family, home away from home. Never have we experienced so much kindness. The pretty little cottage is nestled amongst trees, orange groves and some big green open fields with many species of birds. Only a sort 15min drive to Porterville to visit the supermarkets and stores. The Inside of the cottage is beautifully decorated, comfortable , well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Terra Bella is just beautiful, so picturesque. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing place and very welcoming as well. The place was clean and well kept/put together. No complaints here will be coming back again for sure !

My second time staying here, and both were fantastic. Responsive host. Great, safe location. Perfect for 1 or 2 people and, with the washer and dryer, great for a long-term stay.
