place is new and host is extremely responsive. if you are looking for a place that can fit the whole family, then look no further. infact they have a connecting doors to the next houses. place is clean too! we had a really nice stay

I had a really pleasant stay at this place. Hafiq was very kind and welcoming, and made sure everything was prepared nicely before I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Location is convenient too—easy to get around and quiet at night. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free experience. Would definitely stay here again if I come back. Thank you so much! 🙏😊

We loved our stay here. Check-in and out was easy. The host was very friendly and responsive any time of the day and provided good recommendations for local restaurants. The house worked great for our large family. The large living room was great. The kitchen had utensils we needed to cook some of our own foods. The gated and fenced area outside was a nice bonus for parking the car in as well as for the kids to run around in. Everything was clean and in order and worked as it should. While there is no washing machine, there are a couple laundromats nearby (just a few minutes drive). We did laundry there and ate at a restaurant in the same complex. There’s also a nice sized supermarket within a few minutes’ drive. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place!

Johnny is very nice. We arrived in the afternoon, and didn't have any food or withdraw any money. He drove us to withdraw money, recommended good and cheap restaurants to us, and took us to the city area to introduce the general situation of each area. The house is very clean, fully equipped, and the location is very convenient. You can walk to the center within 10 minutes.

Fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We were in a tough spot and needed help at the last minute in the middle of the night, and they went above and beyond to assist us. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and their kindness made all the difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with an amazing host!

Its a pleasant spot to stay with all the amenities in place. A lot of restaurant and food choice within the area. Overall a comfy stay.

Pros-1st time staying here and the place was incredible, feels like home. Clean & spacious. Seaview just perfect.. juz bit frustrated coz the weather was not on our side. Cons- bedding bit hard, hopefully can be replace with more comfortable

Had a great stay! The place was super clean, comfy, and just like the photos. Check-in was smooth, and the host was really friendly and quick to respond. The location was perfect, close to everything and walkable distance to imago shopping mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Jason is helpful, friendly and responds to messages very quickly. The apartment was clean and the location is fantastic too with many eateries below. The check in process was pretty straightforward. There was a security guard at the front desk who helped me.

It was a Cousy and spacious place for a group of 8-9 paxs. With huge bathrooms,hall and dinning. We had a wonderful stay

It's a great place to stay with your family. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was well-equipped with what I needed, so I used it comfortably like my own home! It was a restaurant on the first floor, and I used the convenience store well, and the playground and swimming pool on the 7th floor were good ^ ^ I walked around Snow Tone Mall and Suriasaba. I recommend it.♡

I can’t say enough good things about our stay with Cheryl. The space was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen had just what we needed for easy breakfasts at home. Cheryl had helpful tips and recommendations. She was incredibly kind in every communication. We will stay with Cheryl again next time we visit KK!

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

Overall, everything is good. I will probable book another staycation here. Thank you for the good service <3

It was the best place to spend a pleasant time with my family in a peaceful atmosphere. If I come to Couching in the future, I definitely want to come to this accommodation. I was very satisfied with the value for the money~!!
