Nice play to stay. The management very helpful. However you somehow need a car if you want to travel around.

A very responsive owner. despite CNY period, replies and replacement items are very prompt.

Found it better than the nearby hotels, it was worth the price.

We had a great stay at Jing Yee’s apartment. The space was open and airy with ample towels, pristine bed linen and a selection of (much appreciated) snacks on our arrival. A small hot plate or induction stove would be the only addition we’d suggest in the kitchen. The apartment is in a great location, though it is a few minutes out of town - we hired a car so this wasn’t an issue for us but without a car, you’d certainly need to hire a Grab to get to/from the apartment. That said, staying at Kingfisher was a lovely reprieve from the bustle of the town centre.

There are some to take I would like to review back. One of the aircon remote(I believe it is the room closest to the exit) needs to be fixed. That should be it haha. The rest is perfect. The eye catching balcony. Built-in gaming arcade by the TV. Good prep on the rooms. Towels were bad condition, but fast response from the host. She came in early morning the next day with new extra towels! Location wise, quite close. Use grab is a no-problem going to viva mall or saradise area... we tried the stuff nearby our place as well, some coffee and entertainment and drinks at night at planb/stoneage. Overall, it was a lovely stay and wouldn't mind to come back to this place again! 🫶🏻

Convenient location, quiet environment. Great value for the price. Recommended to stay in this homey place, walkable distance to those great restaurants to dine in and near 24/7 stores. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in town.

words can’t describe how amazing the studio was . it was really comfy . i loved the stay . very happy with admins response . very happy with the stay . i’d say i’m very much satisfied with the stay . ! everything was clean and smells great.. goodjob and keep up !

Very confortable for me and my family - we have 4 adult + 2 kids. The host also very responsive. We really enjoyed stay here.

The place is wonderful and loving the vibe inside exactly like pictured. Although the pool is a bit loud at times especially morning if you are a late morning person. We are just delighted that the place is very new and clean. However the toilet drain is not a valve drain and the gas from the drain can be a bit smelly. Suggest that this needs to be rectify and change. Overall I still give a 5 star for the place because it really worth that rating. Will stay again with Queenie.

My family definitely love this place! This homestay for its location and amenities are very convenient. There is a supermarket down the apartment, everything we need to buy for our own use in the apartment is easily available in the supermarket. Thanks Jessie for your great responsive service.

The place looked exactly as advertised. Ingho was really helpful too when we accidentally left the access cards in the room and locked ourselves out :( Felt really bad to trouble Ingho but he was extremely helpful. The unit looks super clean and I wish we couldve left the hosts some nice words on their post-it-note board but didn’t have a pen with us. Definitely the best BnB we’ve stayed in in Sibu and will book his place again the next round!

positive: room was really nice and cosy, pillow and bedding very good quality. Bathroom was very nice. The kitchen is with perfect amenities with bowl ,spoon, microwave, refrigerator,washing machine, dryer and all the kitchenette is also provide. whole room very clean. from the moment my family stepped into my room, i felt a sense of comfort and relaxation, almost as if i were in my own home. the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries including shampoo ,body wash, hand soap and hairdryer ( thankfully) was powerful enough for my long hair. one of the thing i loved the most about the homestay was its peaceful ambiance. its was quiet and serene with no traffic noise disturbing my stay. i would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and high quality stay! i would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and located in a very convenient and safe area with stunning views. Thein was an excellent host—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended.

Room is big, tidy and clean. Location good, around 15 minutes u can reach most destination in kuching town area. Surround by forest, Peace n quite. Host is helpful n helpful. Based on the price, i can gv 9.9/10. (if room got mirror, it will b perfect!) Undoubtly it will always b my first choice to stay when i visit kuching in the future. Highly recommend!

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.
