Our stay here absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and we would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable experience.

A very affordable place to stay. Stayed for 4 days and had no problem, arrived with cool welcome since the air conditioning had already been turned on as i walked in, very responsive owner and even accommodate with some food and drinks inside the fridge and drawer. Sooo spacious, enough for a family of 6. Water pressure is excellent and heater is working very well. Cooking amenities and washing machine available for use. 100% recommend this to guests.

I stayed with a group of 5 friends for 6 days and we were all very satisfied with our stay.The host responded to messages very promptly.It's not far from the airport, about ten minutes by taxi. There are two convenience stores downstairs. It's less than ten minutes walk to image shopping mall, a big shopping mall with everything.There is also an infinity pool on the 3rd floor, and I saw a beautiful sunset at sea from the balcony on the first day of my stay.A place where you won't step on landmines at all.👌

The property is exactly as described, offering a comfortable and inviting stay. One of its standout features is the prime location—just a short stroll to India Street and conveniently situated across from Plaza Merdeka. This makes exploring the area effortless, with plenty of shops, dining, and attractions nearby. That said, travelers should be mindful of accessibility—Unit 1 is located 50+ steps above street level. While the climb is worth it, the stairs could pose a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. It wasn’t something we anticipated, but once settled, the space provided a quiet and relaxing retreat. Overall, a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location, great amenities, and a cozy atmosphere. If you don’t mind the steps, this place delivers on convenience and charm. Would recommend for travelers who enjoy a central location and don’t mind a bit of a workout!

Comfortable and cozy place to stay. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic, situated right above the largest shopping mall in KK. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions from the host. The host was very responsive and recommended excellent places to eat, as Sabah is famous for its delicious seafood. Everything was within walking distance. The balcony view overlooked the garden, and the renovations made us feel as if we were away from KK until stepping outside. We can't wait to stay there again.

The bath water is the one I have to spit, I can only say that it is warm water.The room is a bit old but the view from the window is still nice

The suite was great. It was big and spacious. Bathroom was basic but does the job. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Warm lighting makes the space very cozy. It’s located on a quiet alley that is just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town. The occasional motorcycle or truck driving past can be startling because it’s just so quiet. We still had good sleep nonetheless. The traditional coffee shop downstairs serves great kolo mee and butter coffee. Do note that there’s no lift, so maybe not so suitable for elderlies or people with disabilities.

Clean & beautiful unit in The Loft Imago. The Imago Mall is just downstairs and very convenient for people like us to have some grocery shopping during my vacation stay. Overall, We had a 5 stars accommodation experience with C&R Homestay. Besides, host was also very helpful and we received quick response from the host during our stay. 5 stars homestay in Imago and worth the money!

The host is very nice and the place is very quiet.

Behind the only KFC in Semporna, the first floor of the small building is a restaurant, and the second floor is a homestay.The homestay is super clean, they have a cleaning staff to maintain the common area environment, the infrastructure is there, and we chat with other friends at night and meet a lot of new friends.Then every morning I opened my eyes to see the meal made by Dragon Brother placed it neatly on the table.We told Rong the night before every day what seafood we needed to eat, and the next day, we will help you pick it, and you can eat downstairs after going out to the sea and take a shower.I have to say that he cooked super delicious food, everyone must go to his house for a meal, seafood made a help!!!I heard that Brother Long was originally a chef at Sibatan Resort, and then he opened a restaurant after himself, and it's no wonder that all the dishes are so delicious.Choose dragon home, trust me.

We were looking for a place near airport to stay. Aeropod location is perfect as we used to be KK locals. We drive all around town conveniently and this airbnb unit comes with free parking too. Car parking can get difficult and heavy traffic jam if we stayed in kk town area. Host is responsive and helpful in every way to make our stay comfortable.

Any property hosted by C&R is worth every cent I paid for. House always clean and cozy as expected. host is always responsive and willing to accept feedbacks. This particular unit is very convenient, if you like to shop just go downstairs to mall entrance. Thank you for making our short visit worthwile
