Vacation rentals with beach access in East Malaysia

We had a lovely time in Occo’s apartment. It was a clean and nice place and any time we had a question, Occo was very helpful and responsive. It’s very nice that the place has a washing machine and a dryer, easy and convenient to do laundry.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

The room is nice and clean. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, restaurants, etc. It's quite convenient. The house is on the 7th floor. There are no mosquitoes when you open the window at night to get some sea breeze.

Great to stay in this spacious and clean homestay, with attached bathroom to each bedroom. Easy to access and travel around the city as we have a rented vehicle. Host was responsive to any problem arised. Will choose this homestay again the next trip to KK

The provided manual is clear and easy to follow, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in process. For those planning to order a lot of takeout or delivery food, it’s a good idea to bring extra plastic bags for trash to help manage waste during your stay. The security guard at the gate is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of safety and comfort. While this isn’t directly related to the house, it’s highly recommended to use the road with the bridge to reach the location, as the beachside road can become dangerous at night during high tide. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, especially for families or large groups looking

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and this place has set the bar for us. We felt at home and as someone who doesn't sleep well in new places, I slept really well. Super clean house, all the necessary amenities and an extremely friendly host. We had an amazing experience.

The host is very welcoming and responsive, I also agreed to check my luggage for free on the third day after leaving the store, I need to know that there is a fee to check my luggage in other places here. It is very close to Gaya Street, the basic internet red shop is here, the taste is very good, it is very close to Jieston Marina, island hopping is convenient, we also reported mangrove forest is also directly in the pier by car, and I have the opportunity to come back later, recommend the host's place.

From March 18-21, 2025, a family of 4 used the accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days~ There were 4 beds, including a sofa bed, so each of us could sleep well, and there were no cockroaches or other bugs in the accommodation. The air conditioner was cool, so I was able to rest comfortably.

pros: very good location, walking distance (abt 15min) to Gaya street (but the weather is too hot so we still took a grab). also not far from the beach and airport The host was very responsive. The house is large and easy to check in. rooms are clean. good for a group stay. Overall worth the price! cons: It's near the airport, so sometimes the noise of airplanes is annoying. The flow of the shower head is weak...

Located in JQ center Building 2, less than 200 meters from the pier for island hopping.The room is clean and tidy, there is a direct water dispenser for hot and ice water, and the water heater is instantly heated without waiting for boiling water.There is a pool and children's play facilities on the 7th floor and a gym on the 32nd floor.The downside is that the small windows in the room have no curtains in the morning, and the bathroom has no electrical outlets that can't blow hair inside.
