It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw to the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

The 120 sqm loft, furnished with high quality and a lot of love for detail, can accommodate up to four people. Of course, you can also explore the entire estate. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the back of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

Rare find! Four bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 bunk bed) and a living room can accommodate 2 - 8 people. A kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and a separate toilet as well as two terraces (one covered) overlooking the water. Four private parking spaces at the house. The garden/house is right on the water and invites you to swim, do water sports or fish. There is also a private jetty including free pedal boat use (30.3. - 11.15.)

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
