In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. A beautiful and ecological apartment in the countryside awaits you. Surrounded by flowers, fruit trees, raspberries and sheep is the house on the Huntedeich. The furnishings are simple, but loving. The apartment covers the entire first floor. With private bathroom and views on 2 sides. You have 2 beds that can also be used as a double bed, two pull-out sofa beds, each 1.40 m wide and a private kitchen. To the rear, you have a balcony with private access to the garden.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

Enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the cottage, and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away in peace. Tiny hen house

The "Hühnerstall" is a small guest house in a spacious garden with many old trees and offers space for couples, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shady places for the adults to linger and overgrown secret corners and play opportunities for the little ones. A swivel grill with a fire pit invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourselves.

In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

You can use our large natural garden behind the house. It is wonderful to sit by the pond with the storks in the background.

our house by the sea

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
