Villa Selva: cosy cottage with spectacular view

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Dining options, shops, and a beautiful golf course are within a few minutes' walk. Currently, our guests are required to clean the vacation rental themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for our vacation rental is waived, and only the €45 cleaning fee for bedding and towels is charged under "Bedding fee" (information under "Additional rules").

Seychelles House Oasis

Have you always wanted to go to the Seychelles and haven't made it yet? Our beautiful guest house, which is furnished in the style of the Seychelles, is waiting for you. It is located opposite the main house on a plot of about 4000 m². The guest house is located on the edge of a private forest (forest bathing [the conscious lingering in the forest] and campfire possible). The bedroom, which is located on the upper floor, can be reached via a staircase.

This beautifully located, detached vacation home has a living area of about 80 sqm and is located on a property of about 400 sqm directly on the outer canal of the vacation park (not a Centerpark, but quiet and natural). Thanks to the hedge that separates the property from the neighbors, you can enjoy a very private holiday in the garden. The southwest-facing terraces offer ample space for relaxing hours in the sun and fun barbecue evenings.

Enjoy nature and tranquility in this beautiful place. The chalet is modern and fully furnished and has, among other things, a luxury shower cabin. The BBQ is ready on the large covered terrace. At Camping 't Veenmeer, there are many amenities, and from the chalet, you can dive into the lake. The Drentsche Aa National Park is opposite the campsite and offers plenty of hiking and biking possibilities. In short: enjoy luxury!

News: We are building a private, heated swimming pool (12x4m), available from May 2026! Our renovated thatched farmhouse "An 't Noordende" borders the Dwingelderveld and overlooks the scenic village of Dwingeloo. It sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfect for families. Optional hot tub available.
