Bungalow vacation rentals in East Frisia

We had a lovely weekend in the cottage. Well-equipped, in the kitchen also everything you need. Even kite flying and stuff for kids would have been there. The house was clean and the garden also very tidy. Everything great!

We enjoyed our stay in Tossens very much. The communication with Anke was very friendly, quick and straightforward. The place is nice and there is everything you need. The large playground by the sea has somewhat compensated for the fact that there is no sandy beach. We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The generously sized living room and the great garden perfectly compensate for the two small bedrooms. All around great and happy to come back!

My grandson (2 years old) and I felt very comfortable in the cottage. We had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was great, over the dike and we were there. I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious dog beach. There were hardly any places where dogs were prohibited. This made things a lot easier for me, as I was traveling alone with a child and a dog. Nice living and dining room, in the kitchen everything you need is there. The terrace/garden is beautiful. Way to the beach is very close on foot (5-10 minutes). Beautiful excursions within a radius of about 20-30 min by car, e.g. Langwarder Groden or floating moor.

We spent a holiday with 3 generations of our family in Haus Horst. The apartment is very nice, well equipped, you can park right in front of it. It is a short walk to the dyke / beach. In autumn, there is not much going on on the coast, which gave us a quiet, very pleasant stay. Since one of the seniors is no longer so good on foot, we needed an accessible apartment and were very satisfied with Haus Horst. A tiny drawback was the lighting in the children's room, where there was only one ceiling light but no spots or reading lamps. However, there are some lamps in the house overall, so we were able to take care of ourselves. Overall, we were very enthusiastic about the amenities, there was nothing in the kitchen and the friends of our children there was the hoped-for response to the command : "ALEXA....." If we travel again in this constellation, we would like to book the same vacation home again!

We arrived a little late at location after a long day of work. This was not a problem for the great host and hostess. We were warmly welcomed in the evening and we felt right at home. The cottage was above expectations. You absolutely don't feel like you're at someone's home. Our first evening went wonderfully after a good home-cooked meal with all the necessities for a culinary feat. The next day we hardly got out of our bed because it was so nice. Ba some tips from the host we could take a super nice walk in the adjacent forest. Saved at sabrina's tip to a delicious restaurant. Really nice to be away from it all. We are helped with a warm welcome by these wonderful people with their beautiful and especially sweet dogs. This cottage is a number 1 recommended by us!! Hopefully, until soon and thank you!

The bungalow is the perfect place to switch off and relax. It was nicely and comfortably furnished, clean and it had everything you need. I really liked that there is a quiet lake right next to it. I sat there with coffee in the morning and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Otherwise a very quiet place, but with the car 10 minutes away in Tossens is everything you need for variety.

Only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer. Very nice and cozy Bungalow, with a amazing garden....all situated in a beautiful and very quite area. Gerrie was a great host. Communication in advance was very good, also a little information folder was laid out upon arrival, so no questions remained unanswered. Felt home right away :)

A great bungalow in the woods. Well equipped with all you would possible need! Clean and tidy. The heating works very well and the place is warm in no time, easy to use controle. Beds and pillows comfortable. Ann and Peter were good hosts, responding to message promptly. I would book the place again should I need it.

We arrived in a really sparkling clean house, in the middle of the forest, surrounded by a beautiful garden, where it was wonderful to spend time. The decor was very cozy with nice touches. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the garden and the beautiful surroundings. From the cottage, you can get into the Drents-Friese Wold by bike. Communication with the owners went smoothly, we got a lot of nice tips! In short: highly recommended if you like peace, space and greenery!!

The place was very nice. The garden was great. Hammock, trampoline rocking chair, table and benches and a playhouse were provided. Also the oven inside the place was nice. Linda was very communicative and was eager and solution-oriented in case there were any problems. We felt very comfortable.

We loved our stay very much. The accommodation was neat, clean and matched the photos. The area was wonderfully quiet and the accommodation had plenty of privacy. Jaap was very pleasant to deal with and very friendly. In short, very enjoyable and everything as expected!

We enjoyed the house Deichschaf very much. Manageable size, quite high-quality decor, beautiful large wooden terrace. Peaceful location, quite right behind the dyke. Although the kitchen is quite small (well, I'm a chef ;-) we felt very comfortable here. A real place to come down, at least during this time. Very good gastronomy (we had fish several times here) about 50 m around the corner. Cristina & Andreas
