The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

The Front House of our national monumental farmhouse has been renovated into a full luxury suite with its own amenities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee you can sleep in, have been preserved. No less than 65m2 with its own kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with freestanding bath. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower at an additional cost, you can relax wonderfully.

The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation, as does the garden terrace A small forest with pond is within walking distance and the East Frisian hiking trail is directly adjacent to our farm. Our guest house is located in a beautiful spot on the Hondsrug. Here you are surrounded by nature: ancient woods, sandy paths, rolling fields, squirrels, deer and a wide variety of birds. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Space, no traffic noise, horses in the immediate vicinity and 1 km away various shops and restaurants, 2 km away the Weserpromenade. The apartment contains two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchenette and a terrace. In the room with the infrared cabin, a baby or air bed could also be set up. Ideal for cycling or discovering the North Sea, Oldenburg or Bremen

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees lies our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm. The rustic guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities north, Aurich or Emden are quickly realized by car.
