Vacation rentals with lake access in East Frisia

We, 2 adults & 2 boys aged 7 and 11, felt comfortable directly in the accommodation. It was super clean and lovingly furnished. Everything we needed was there. Both the terrace by the house and the terrace by the water invite you to wonderfully cozy hours. In the park itself, the children could ride their scooters, jump on the trampoline, swim in the indoor pool or ride a pedal boat. Janna and Christof are great hosts who responded immediately and were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times.

It was a few wonderful days in East Frisia. The accommodation is very quietly located on the dike, about 15 minutes by car to Norddeich. The apartment was super clean and well thought out. The garden was extensively played in by the children and the garage has enough space to offer for bicycles and our trailer. We say thank you for the great time.

We were allowed to spend an unforgettable week in the "Old Painters House." Upon arrival it becomes clear: The location is an absolute dream. Quietly located, right on the water and away from the small country road, great for switching off. The decor is not only tasteful and cozy, but also designed with a lot of love for detail. We especially liked the large bedroom with its wide view over the surrounding meadows. A real highlight was the observation of thousands of nuns - right from bed! Nature up close without leaving the house. A short walk leads over a small jetty to the Sieltor, from where you can enjoy a great view of Ems and Dollart. Although the nearest rolls are a bit far away, they are of the highest quality. Conclusion: A wonderful vacation home with a very special atmosphere, surrounded by a quiet, inspiring environment. A week full of peace, nature and well-being – we will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay of 2 nights with 3 children. It is a nice and spacious cottage with a nice garden adjacent to trees. All necessities are provided. It is an ideal base for a day Wildlands which is a 10-minute drive away. You can also stay a little longer here because, for example, there is a lake in the park.

Beautiful house with everything you need. We felt very comfortable Holiday village still under construction, therefore sometimes construction noise and a very bumpy road. The construction noise was not disruptive. We particularly like the large bathroom with the infrared sauna. The fenced garden for the dog was just perfect. The house is very tastefully decorated. We will be happy to come back.

This is a must stay. Quiet, peaceful and a great place to getaway. Everything you need is there. Gerrt is an amazing host. Very thoughtful. Always responded quickly and gave my husband and I, great ideas for a day in Assen.

Unfortunately, I was unable to arrive for private reasons, but had previously looked at the house and location and had a very nice contact with the hosts, who responded immediately to all inquiries.

Heidi and Uwe are very warm and we felt very comfortable. So well, that the time went by far too quickly. The apartment is conveniently located, you can get everywhere quickly by car. And the canal outside the door lets everyday life move into the distance. Always happy to come back. Thanks for this great stay.

Very great apartment that was renovated with a lot of love and has fantastic amenities. You feel right at home. The complex is located a 500-year-old farm with a good restaurant and several apartments in the countryside. Stefan is helpful, communicative, and a great host. We will definitely come back.

We felt very comfortable in Peter's clean accommodation. The surroundings are very quiet and invite you to relax. Schillig etc. can be reached very quickly.

Such a cute small apartment with everything you need. Great shower, comfortable bed, small kitchen, quiet environment, uncomplicated communication... tip top... will be happy to come back if the homesickness gets too big.

We had such a wonderful stay! The apartment was easy to find, looked like the photos, and has a well equipped kitchen. It was nice and spacious and well suited for two couples and dog. Great communication from Andrea and Jörg. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking in the area!

The cottage is as shown in the photos and equipped with every comfort! Everything has been thought of. At the table you can sit with a view of the water where many birds can be seen. When we arrived there was snow and ice which was beautiful to see. In the second half of the week it was so hot that we could sit outside. We have enjoyed the place and the silence. We had a wonderful few days at this great place. The decor is color selection is really great, the hot tub and the various outdoor seating is a real highlight. The entire garden area is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Wilko responded thoughtfully and quickly to requests. Only the beds have been a little too soft for our taste, which does not stop us from visiting this house again!

The house is beautifully decorated and has an impressive garden with pond. Nothing is missing, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen perfectly equipped. Within walking distance there is a very family-friendly zoo. Otherwise, legal path is pure relaxation! Our big family enjoyed the days there!

What an incredibly nice and lovely cottage, in the middle of the forest and at a window. Everything was present and clean. Furniture is slightly different than in the photo, but certainly no less bad. Beds are fine, we slept wonderfully! Terrace outside is also really nice, nice in the sun. Surroundings are beautiful and wonderfully quiet. Plenty to see and do. It's a bit of a search which small path to park, but the description clearly indicates that. Owners are friendly and quick to respond. Top!

To our lovely host Diet. She was excellent and very responsive. At the beginning it was little confusing about getting there but when we arrived it was very easy to find. It was excellent and peaceful for our family stay. We were aloud to use bikes so that helped us a lot for good shopping. Canoe rides were excellent. I think we cannot picked better spot for us. Neighbours were super friendly and welcomed us with smiles and fantastic attitude. We will for sure come back. 😊 Diet- thank you for having us 😊

We had a great time at Regina's house, they were very hospitable with us, the cute kitten the day we were going to say hello to us as tender and respectful as we were. We went in late autumn and clearly the trees did not have their leaves but that did not prevent us from sinking in the middle of nature and also feeling the privacy that the house gives you. The bed upstairs is a little uncomfortable for the person who goes to the left but it is only a moment to sleep, with everything else the house provides you quickly forget the bed. We would love to come back in the spring or summer!

Beautiful house with a great garden! Very tasteful and cozy. We felt comfortable right away and were able to enjoy the time from the first moment. The entire place was very clean and well maintained.
