Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. A Lovely cedar wood shingle studio with privacy in a beautiful garden full of bird song, and views to Pentridge hill. The studio has a very comfortable double bed, a sofa and wood burning stove for warmth and cosiness. There is an oval table to sit, eat or work at, surrounded by windows letting the sunlight stream in. The kitchen has is a small cooker and fridge and the basics for simple good cooking. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of hot water.
