A great upgrade to camping. With a fantastic location. Hosts have everything covered and if you need anything get back to messages so fast, with all the answers to any problem. The website is also full of all the info you need too. Wood from the local farm shop is less than £10 a bag. Would defo stay again 🩷😊

Safari Tent 2 @ Tapnell Farm

EricRating, 5 stars44 months ago
We had a great time here. The location was picturesque and there was plenty to do on our week long stay. The tent was ideal and surprised us with how roomy it was. Check in was easy as in they text to let you know it’s ready and you just turn up at your tent. Each tent has a BBQ kettle, fire pit, two deckchairs and a large beanbag so lounging outside is to be encouraged. The views are great and the animals on site are friendly enough. The only gripe we have (completely not anything the venue can solve) is the Earwigs! They get absolutely everywhere! If you’re going to stay here then be prepared and maybe bring some airtight containers (even then they’d find a way in!). The play barn area and farm activities are spot on and there’s a lot to do to keep you entertained and although you have to pay, if you’re staying on site then it’s pay once and use as many times as you like after. We ate at The Cow twice whilst we were here and the food was great, service was spot on and for a reasonable price as well. We had a great time here and we’ll definitely be making a return visit, albeit we’ll probably try a lodge next time round. Thanks for having us!

Family Bell Tent in picturesque field - Weymouth

AlexRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Great intro to camping. We had an issue with our own inflatable mattress and asked if they had a spare we could borrow and Sophia responded quickly. The kids loved the friendly cat, great location between Lulworth and Weymouth both 20 mins away, big tesco 15 mins or so in Dorchester if you do forget anything. Campsite was clean, kitchen had plenty of utilities and electricity points for charging stuff. Bell tents are surprisingly spacious for us (5). Will go again and recommend to friends and family

Bramley Lodge

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The quality of the accommodation is excellent and of a high standard, with the attention to detail plainly evident. We found all the essentials were supplied, tea, coffee, toiletries etc and a lovely touch. We are a family of six and found the quality of the beds, bedding, shower, towels, kitchen amenities, furnishings superb. The accommodation was roomy and comfortable even when it was chilly outside, with lots of heating options including a log burner to keep warm. Jono was on hand to check us in and give advice on local attractions. Thank you. This is an absolute gem and we had a wonderful stay. We hope to see you again. Jason & Denise

Family Bell Tent in picturesque field - Kimmeridge

LauraRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a lovely 5 day stay in the Kimmeridge bell tent with our 3 children. The kids loved camping, there was plenty of space on the site and they made friends with other children staying. Showers, loos and the kitchen area were well maintained and useful. Location is rural, but there is a nice pub within walking distance and it is a good base the explore Dorset from. Plenty of beaches and towns with things to do nearby. Sophia was very friendly and gave lots of useful tips of places to visit while we were there. A lovely stay and would recommend.

Mendip Molly - Palace on Wheels

BenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was a really lovely stay, a unique experience in a secluded private space. Once the log burner was lit it became a very cosy dwelling, the BBQ hut was wonderful and saved us from cooking outside in the rain. Loads to visit and do in the area and I can imagine us going back again. The bonus was being able to take a dog along with us. David the host was quick to respond and helpful.

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Very secluded, and quiet. The tower was perfect with everything you need in it. The bed was very comfy and had no problems sleeping! Lovely big field where our 8 month old pup could run around in. Bridget and martin are lovely, very welcoming and easy to chat to. The royal oak pub in the village is wow amazing food, and people. Freshly cooked using local produce, would definitely recommend a visit there. We hope to visit again soon 😊🥰 Thank you for having us!!

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful location, very peaceful and private. The nights were quite chilly when we stayed but Georgie was extremely accommodating, making sure we had plenty of blankets and wood for the wood burner to keep us warm. A Rural Hideaway - Secluded Bolthole in Nature

EmilyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A truly special place for a special weekend with family! The log burners kept the accommodation nice and toasty and there were lots of lovely touches like blankets to keep us warm and toys for our baby. Liv even left some treats for our dog. Liv went above and beyond before we arrived sorting out some extra bits for us, and was very helpful and responsive during our stay. A rare opportunity to get back to nature - it’s rustic but that’s what we hoped for! Great pubs and lots of things to do nearby. Lovely walks. Hoping to return when our baby is a little older and more able to explore!
The interior of the safari tent features wooden flooring and warm yellow walls. A compact kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and wooden cabinets. A woodburner is positioned near a small seating area, and large windows allow natural light to enter the space.

'Billy' - 5m Bell Tent in the fantastic New Forest

CatiaRating, 5 stars32 months ago
We had an amazing super comfortable stay this last weekend and enjoyed everything about it! The tent was lovely and the beds snuggly and comfy, we asked for our beddings to be provided and all we had to do was arrive, sit back and relax. There are only 4 tents on the site which suited us perfectly and the site is located in a beautiful and very quiet part of the forest. We cooked on the fire and also used the kitchen and the Armadillo barn, you'll find everything you need for a very happy and comfortable stay. We highly recommend Tanya & Andrew's glamping stays, we felt absolutely well cared for while able to enjoy our space peacefully and can't wait to be back.

HarrietRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We absolutely love staying at Moonfleet Farm – it’s become a firm favourite for our family! We’ve stayed several times now and are already counting down the days until we return again in a few weeks. It’s such a fun, family-friendly campsite where the kids have the best time – and so do we! Linda and Clive are always so welcoming, and Linda is fantastic – always on hand if you need anything, and so helpful and friendly. The facilities are great – everything is really clean, well thought out, and well maintained. The Shepherd’s Hut is spotless and really well catered for, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There’s something really special about this place – it’s peaceful, well run, and full of charm. We can’t recommend it enough!

Gypsy Caravan - Rural Retreat - Wiltshire

SarahRating, 5 stars8 months ago
I booked this as a last minute surprise for my boyfriend, and when we arrived he said it was being in a fairy tale!! Stephen and Amanda came and greeted us and showed us the caravan, which is tucked at the bottom of their garden, it was so peaceful, watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was catered for and enjoyed relaxing by the fire til midnight listening to the owls. And the bed was so snuggley! Slept so well!! Highly recommend if you want a piece of nature and outdoor living with all your creature comforts! Many thanks, definitely will return. 😊

Throughout our stay Claire made us feel right at home, and always made sure we had everything we needed! She even took the time to sit down and talk with my 2 sons on multiple occasions about the fossils they found that day 😊

Exclusive wild camping, river views

LisaRating, 5 stars43 months ago
We had an amazing couple of nights camping by the river with nothing but nature for company. Ideal location for exploring local area as easily accessible. Great little heritage railway station nearby, petrol station, pub and co-op all nearby too. Mark was an excellent host with great communication - it’s exactly what it says in tin - wild camping on a PYO farm with a portaloo for facilities. Enjoyed the fire pit and taking home some goodies from the farm. If you want ‘escape from it all’ with some human contact to camp in the countryside then we would 100% recommend. We got to choose where we pitched up and then that was us done. What a fab way to spend a 40th birthday weekend :) Thank you so much for hosting.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay. The caravan was lovely as was the main house. The shower was great. We had a Mezze in the evening and it was divine. Complimentary breakfast was very yummy. I loved the space out the front for my daughter to play on the grass and watch the cat and chickens. A beautiful walk through the orchard on the public footpath next to the caravan. The hosts were faultless. I would definitely go back
