Vacation rentals with a pool in Dzemul Municipality

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

The house is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. The beach is really very private, you have to take into account wearing water shoes because it has a lot of shells The pool is very comfortable and the internet is as fast as mentioned in the description Monica was super nice, attentive and answered all questions It is definitely a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family. It is 25 minutes from Progreso and a couple of kilometers away there are Oxxos

The house was really nice, there were a few bugs in the kitchen area but everything was fine, clean and spacious rooms, everything was really good, the only drawback we had was the entrance key, it was very old and difficult to open and close the house, but other than that everything was very good

The privacy was amazing and beach at our doorstep! Very comfortable primary bedroom. Caretaker was attentive and proactive.

Maria Elena's villa is extraordinary. Very spacious, we all had the required comfort. Extremely well equipped, everyone was happy. Whether it was cooking utensils, beach towels, baby furniture, board games, sand toys or outdoor activity equipment, it was all there. The beds were very comfortable. We were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies and everyone had their space. Communications with Maria Elena were extremely easy and fast. She gave us several suggestions for restaurants and activities. During our stay, we used the services of Jackie and Toño, the couple who take care of the residence. They are remarkable and very caring people. They prepared meals for most of our stay and everything was excellent. I highly recommend using their service because they were really great, the highlight of our trip. We'll be back.

A very good apartment! We went as a family for a week and everything was great. Communication with Branda is always fast and effective. If what you want is tranquility and peace on your vacation, then this apartment is ideal since it is in a very nice residential complex, with few apartments and many meters of beachfront, so it makes you feel disconnected. The apartment has everything you need to rest. If you want to go out to restaurants and/or tourist attractions you need to have a car to get around because the residential area is far away. A very cozy apartment, with very comfortable spaces for our group of 10 people. You can live together at ease, comfortably, without space problems. The staff in charge are very helpful. The host answered all my questions and assisted me whenever I needed it. The interior design is very nice, tasteful, it creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Their food recommendations were very good. We'll be back for sure!

100% recommended, we spent a week of family vacations very at ease, with all the amenities, in a safe place, very good facilities (pools, restaurant, nice environment) and the fully equipped apartment for what was needed. Sofia, an incredible host who, if you have any questions, is attentive and instantly resolved. We'd come back anyway.

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

Great apartment - well furnished and appointed. Nice views from the balcony and master bedroom. All kitchen stuff was new and very complete. Beds were comfortable. The apartment complex itself was great too. Only downside is that the internet was very bad - we had issues pretty much all week with the connection. We needed to work and it was tough with the bad connection. Everything else was good. Host was very responsive throughout our stay.

The place is very relaxing, with beautiful landscapes and ocean views, very comfortable and pleasant. We had a very happy stay as a family, I would definitely come back; the pool and beach area are very well maintained, clean and spacious facilities, Monica and Omar were very attentive from the moment we arrived

Ruben was a wonderful host and the condo provided a peaceful, relaxing space for our stay. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We had it to ourselves most days. Ruben was a gracious host, full of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you are looking for a tranquil stay, this is the place for you!
