Apartment vacation rentals in Dzemul Municipality

Our stay was really great. The apartment surprised us with how modern and impeccable it was, both in cleanliness and in the general condition of all its areas. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, which made our family experience even more enjoyable. We were very happy with the entire service and, honestly, impressed with the level of quality, especially considering that it is an apartment located in a somewhat remote area, which we imagine represents an additional logistical challenge. Congratulations on maintaining such a high standard! As a constructive suggestion, we think it would be helpful to add some basic signs inside the apartment or building. As foreigners, it would have helped us to have visible information on common aspects in a beach building, such as the schedules or location of the garbage dump, the operation of the water system, among other practical details.

It's very spacious, the same or bigger than a house, super-equipped, with an unbeatable ocean view... furniture of very good quality, unfortunately we had a very bad weather for two days and we couldn't enjoy the facilities, but it is understood that it is not the fault of the airbnb. Host Aaron is very kind and attentive to answer my questions, I highly recommend this place… The beach on the day that was good the weather is very nice and a very spacious pool too. The place is close to Telchac and Progreso to go out and eat. Thank you.

We stayed at Nataly's place in December. Nataly was a great host. Weather was perfect for us. We found the privacy and peacefulness we were looking for. Overall, the place felt pretty safe and secluded. The unit was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was the best part.

New apartment, same as the photos, very clean and tidy, spacious, comfortable as at home, it has towels, sheets you won't have to take anything, hot water in the bathrooms and supplements in the kitchen such as salt, English sauce, hot sauce, Ale was very kind, she left us as a courtesy some soft drinks and water bottles, and bathroom accessories such as soap, shampoo, the apartment is on the seventh floor but has a lift, beautiful views, excellent stay, without hesitation I would return, and a few minutes drive from Telchac for shopping in super, restaurants

Everything about our stay was remarkable! The flat is modern and with all the amenities, felt right at home. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, relax, the rooms were very spacious. The location was great, we were looking for a quiet beach front place to have a few days of quiet, and it was absolutely perfect! The shared amenities (pool, lounges, pool bar) were pretty quiet, just a few other people. We had a great time

Better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to relax and spend a few incredible days. The building has amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, terrace with barbecues, even a small cafeteria/restaurant. Despite the season, we were able to enjoy the beach, which had calm, clean and shallow waters, which is ideal for small children. Alex was super attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions and issues. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

We had a great time in the accommodation ,it is a quiet place and has everything within reach .. everything matches the photos , elnespacio is very comfortable, well equipped , and has everything to make you feel at home. We really liked it, we look forward to being able to return.

The apartment was just as it appeared in the photos. It's new and very well equipped, you don't need anything else. The location is perfect if you want to rest and take advantage of the beach. The owner's attention was very good, giving us a basket with desserts and sweets.

The apartment and the location are a 10 Excellent area, excellent location and excellent apartment, the only issues were that one bathroom had ants, the electric stove doesn't always work, and the main TV had total play at the beginning, then it stopped working and that problem wasn't solved

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

Beautiful apartment and building. Beautiful view of the lake and North Cape Island. Trail for running around the lake. Pool, Ping pong, foosball, pool. Good attention from staff Good security. I was looking for several places in Merida before choosing here and I didn't choose them because the drainage smelled. This apartment was not like that, the drainage was clean and there was no problem with the pipe being plugged. Covered and secure parking. I would definitely come back! My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
