Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

the house is very comfortable and cozy. we spent pleasant moments with family in the pool and bar area. it has a very nice outdoor dining area that was our favorite place. ample ground to play football. maybe a volleyball net would have been great. the most important thing the bardeada area above all that my chihuahua teamed us and there was no risk that it would be lost. the kitchen was great, we were able to prepare everything since there are no restaurants nearby, but in the nearby village and in the shop we came up with everything. excellent. my children and parents loved it

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

We really enjoyed the house. We were very comfortable there, the landscaping was beautiful and having the back terrace and pool meant you weren’t waiting for the sun to hit all day. They were perfect hosts; checked on us but weren’t intrusive

What a lovely place. Really by the sea where you could also swim really spacious, wonderfully quiet. Recommended! There were two of us but could have sat here quietly with all our children. Viejo Bar is a nice place nearby (2,5 km) where there is regular live music. Supermarket where you can really get groceries (My Marketplace) is a 20 minute walk. Smaller for drinks and chips are closer. We consciously chose not to rent a car and was easy to do with Ubers. We'd love to come back!

This home was the dream location for a girls trip. Private pool, direct access to the gulf— perfection! Roger was a very helpful host, quickly replying to any questions and providing suggestions for car service, boat charter, and private chef. Would love to visit again!

Excellent place to go as a group, conveniently located by the sea, modern house with 2 well-equipped kitchens, the children had a great time in the heated pool, very well-stocked nearby shops, 15 minutes from Progreso, the house has many amenities that we didn't take advantage of, such as the soccer ⚽️ and paddle courts.

Lucia was a very friendly and attentive person at all times. Your apartment is very well located if you want to have a quiet and relaxing stay. Everything was super!.

Owners were there to meet us, they were very pleasant. They showed us around and gave us some good recommendations. We spend 5 days of relaxation on the beach. The beach was literally steps away from the house. The stay was needed relation for both of us. Would definitely come back for an even longer stay. We enjoyed great pizza in Chicxlube, fantastic food in Progresso and ate at a rooftop restaurant in Merida overlooking the cathedral build in the 1500s. We rented a car which I think is essential at this location. Rooms were breezy which made sleeping without the ac great. I would definitaely

Fantastic house and views. We enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and spacious patio. The caretakers were so sweet and helpful. One of them cooked breakfast and dinner for us a few days while we were there for a reasonable cost. We asked her to decide what to make - it was incredible! This house was great for our family vacation.

Aidas is an excellent host who was always attentive, kind and willing to resolve any questions and needs before and during our one-week family stay. The house comes with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay located in a quiet residential area of the coast that allows you to rest if you are looking to escape the crowds. The beach is spectacular, as it is a healthy low-height sea with a calm wave that allows safe swimming for children and adults. It is ideal to arrive by car to get around to do your shopping, there are convenience stores less than 5 kilometers away and supermarkets 20 minutes away, likewise this makes it easy to get to know other villages, beaches, archaeological areas and ecological reserves nearby.

The place is great. It is very well equipped. It is even nicer in real life than in pictures. Everything worked well except for one day that we ran out of water. The lady in charge of the house solved the problem very quickly. She was very responsive and helpful. Wonderful trip.
