Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

Better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to relax and spend a few incredible days. The building has amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, terrace with barbecues, even a small cafeteria/restaurant. Despite the season, we were able to enjoy the beach, which had calm, clean and shallow waters, which is ideal for small children. Alex was super attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions and issues. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

Everything about our stay was remarkable! The flat is modern and with all the amenities, felt right at home. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, relax, the rooms were very spacious. The location was great, we were looking for a quiet beach front place to have a few days of quiet, and it was absolutely perfect! The shared amenities (pool, lounges, pool bar) were pretty quiet, just a few other people. We had a great time

This beach apartment was an absolute gem! It was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was amazing—super friendly and always responsive, ensuring everything was perfect. The beach right outside felt like a private paradise—quiet, serene, and uncrowded, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The balcony was perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets and listening to the soothing sound of the waves, offering a truly peaceful atmosphere. The location is fantastic. It is just about 30 minutes from Progreso and about 45 minutes from Merida. Merida is rich in culture with its colonial architecture, markets, and delicious Yucatecan cuisine. Progreso offers a laid-back vibe with a beautiful beach walkway and great seafood. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape with easy access to nearby towns. I can’t wait to return

A short stay that would certainly be worth repeating, in a premium and family place

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

Aidas is an excellent host who was always attentive, kind and willing to resolve any questions and needs before and during our one-week family stay. The house comes with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay located in a quiet residential area of the coast that allows you to rest if you are looking to escape the crowds. The beach is spectacular, as it is a healthy low-height sea with a calm wave that allows safe swimming for children and adults. It is ideal to arrive by car to get around to do your shopping, there are convenience stores less than 5 kilometers away and supermarkets 20 minutes away, likewise this makes it easy to get to know other villages, beaches, archaeological areas and ecological reserves nearby.

A very cozy apartment, with very comfortable spaces for our group of 10 people. You can live together at ease, comfortably, without space problems. The staff in charge are very helpful. The host answered all my questions and assisted me whenever I needed it. The interior design is very nice, tasteful, it creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Their food recommendations were very good. We'll be back for sure!

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

Ruben was a wonderful host and the condo provided a peaceful, relaxing space for our stay. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. The place is as described, the furniture and cleanliness are impeccable, Clau was very friendly, attentive and always concerned about our satisfaction. Upon arrival we were surprised with a welcome gift, which we greatly appreciated 🫶 The security service was very attentive, they gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. Something we really appreciate is that our flight was leaving a little late and Clau didn't have a reservation and was flexible with the departure time. We'll feel right at home, I'd go back without thinking, I highly recommend it ❤️
