Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

We were very happy during our stay. The apartment is very nice, with an excellent layout and everything perfectly thought out for a comfortable stay. The location is great with the beautiful sea in front. In addition, the owner was very friendly and was always attentive to make sure we had a great experience. I would come back without thinking!

The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The building has several amenities including a fabulous viewpoint overlooking the ocean and mangroves, two pools and direct beach access. In addition, the building staff is very friendly, like the girl at the reception who was very attentive to us. We had a very relaxing weekend enjoying the breeze and the beautiful views.

It is 25 minutes from Progreso and a couple of kilometers away there are Oxxos

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

An ideal place to enjoy as a family, very comfortable beds, pleasant space. The apartment is on the waterfront. Enjoy a cute pool. There is an oxxo 5 minutes away, a BBVA bank, and more convenience stores like the European one, Pastelería Tere Cazola, all close to the place. Antonio is a very good Host. He was always aware of our stay. It is essential to have a vehicle to move independently to nearby villages since transportation services via application do not always have availability to the place of accommodation.

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

Great apartment - well furnished and appointed. Nice views from the balcony and master bedroom. All kitchen stuff was new and very complete. Beds were comfortable. The apartment complex itself was great too. Only downside is that the internet was very bad - we had issues pretty much all week with the connection. We needed to work and it was tough with the bad connection. Everything else was good. Host was very responsive throughout our stay.

Ruben was a wonderful host and the condo provided a peaceful, relaxing space for our stay. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We had it to ourselves most days. Ruben was a gracious host, full of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you are looking for a tranquil stay, this is the place for you!

The place is beautiful, you have everything for an unforgettable stay. We'll be back!
