Vacation rentals with beach access in Dzemul Municipality

Absolutely wonderful place to stay with incredible views and fun for the entire family. Excellent Host. pristine beaches and Clearwater, and very modern large, comfortable bedrooms with an amazing view off the deck and in the living room and kitchen. Great pizza place three minutes from the house and a place to get snacks. Five minutes from the house would definitely recommend going back to this place again wonderful for the value of everything you get and there’s no one else on the beach most of the time other than you and your family.

Better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to relax and spend a few incredible days. The building has amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, terrace with barbecues, even a small cafeteria/restaurant. Despite the season, we were able to enjoy the beach, which had calm, clean and shallow waters, which is ideal for small children. Alex was super attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions and issues. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

This beach apartment was an absolute gem! It was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything was so clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was amazing—super friendly and always responsive, ensuring everything was perfect. The beach right outside felt like a private paradise—quiet, serene, and uncrowded, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind. The balcony was perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets and listening to the soothing sound of the waves, offering a truly peaceful atmosphere. The location is fantastic. It is just about 30 minutes from Progreso and about 45 minutes from Merida. Merida is rich in culture with its colonial architecture, markets, and delicious Yucatecan cuisine. Progreso offers a laid-back vibe with a beautiful beach walkway and great seafood. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape with easy access to nearby towns. I can’t wait to return

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

Our stay at Marilu’s place during Christmas was fantastic! We loved the house’s location since we were looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax by the pool y use the good-speed internet to watch movies at night. While we went to the supermarket on the way from the airport, there are nearby convenience stores less than 10 minutes from the house. As a host, Marilu was very accommodating and provided great local tips. An easy 5-star rating from my side. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

Aidas is an excellent host who was always attentive, kind and willing to resolve any questions and needs before and during our one-week family stay. The house comes with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay located in a quiet residential area of the coast that allows you to rest if you are looking to escape the crowds. The beach is spectacular, as it is a healthy low-height sea with a calm wave that allows safe swimming for children and adults. It is ideal to arrive by car to get around to do your shopping, there are convenience stores less than 5 kilometers away and supermarkets 20 minutes away, likewise this makes it easy to get to know other villages, beaches, archaeological areas and ecological reserves nearby.

Love the beach we have stay around here twice and we love it. Rental car is a must and mosquito lotion. They don’t have a grill so keep that in mind when you decide what you’ll be cooking. There’s a pizza down the road towards progreso, it’s delicious “Pizza Paradiso.”

This place is Magical. The ocean holds a special place for us all and you immediately connect with that as soon as you arrive. Ixel, the property caretaker, is friendly and will help you with any thing you may need. Magali is a wonderful host! She is responsive and thoughtful. Thank you for a wonderful week!!! A very good apartment! We went as a family for a week and everything was great. Communication with Branda is always fast and effective. If what you want is tranquility and peace on your vacation, then this apartment is ideal since it is in a very nice residential complex, with few apartments and many meters of beachfront, so it makes you feel disconnected. The apartment has everything you need to rest. If you want to go out to restaurants and/or tourist attractions you need to have a car to get around because the residential area is far away. A very cozy apartment, with very comfortable spaces for our group of 10 people. You can live together at ease, comfortably, without space problems. The staff in charge are very helpful. The host answered all my questions and assisted me whenever I needed it. The interior design is very nice, tasteful, it creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Their food recommendations were very good. We'll be back for sure!

100% recommended, we spent a week of family vacations very at ease, with all the amenities, in a safe place, very good facilities (pools, restaurant, nice environment) and the fully equipped apartment for what was needed. Sofia, an incredible host who, if you have any questions, is attentive and instantly resolved. We'd come back anyway.

The view was beautiful, just like the pictures and some of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in. Miguel was very kind and responsive even though it was New Years. We had everything we needed for our family of 7 Thank you Miguel for a great New Years experience.

Great apartment - well furnished and appointed. Nice views from the balcony and master bedroom. All kitchen stuff was new and very complete. Beds were comfortable. The apartment complex itself was great too. Only downside is that the internet was very bad - we had issues pretty much all week with the connection. We needed to work and it was tough with the bad connection. Everything else was good. Host was very responsive throughout our stay.

Ruben was a wonderful host and the condo provided a peaceful, relaxing space for our stay. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We had it to ourselves most days. Ruben was a gracious host, full of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. If you are looking for a tranquil stay, this is the place for you!
