Vanne was an excellent host at all times, attentive to the needs that arose, the house was very comfortable and the beach location was excellent. The beach is very nice, you can go in without any worries. Luxury sunrises and sunsets, I recommend it and most importantly Vanne's attention, a luxury of a person, of course we will return, I felt right at home. Thank you very much

Our stay at Marilu’s place during Christmas was fantastic! We loved the house’s location since we were looking for a peaceful, safe and quiet area. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax by the pool y use the good-speed internet to watch movies at night. While we went to the supermarket on the way from the airport, there are nearby convenience stores less than 10 minutes from the house. As a host, Marilu was very accommodating and provided great local tips. An easy 5-star rating from my side. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you.

Love the beach we have stay around here twice and we love it. Rental car is a must and mosquito lotion. They don’t have a grill so keep that in mind when you decide what you’ll be cooking. There’s a pizza down the road towards progreso, it’s delicious “Pizza Paradiso.”

An amazing property to spend a few days on vacation with the family. Our host responded almost immediately and was always attentive to us. The house is amazing and very spacious. Just a couple of photos need updating. It really is the perfect place to rest. There are pizzas within walking distance and a man who brings fresh seafood every day.

A very good apartment! We went as a family for a week and everything was great. Communication with Branda is always fast and effective. If what you want is tranquility and peace on your vacation, then this apartment is ideal since it is in a very nice residential complex, with few apartments and many meters of beachfront, so it makes you feel disconnected. The apartment has everything you need to rest. If you want to go out to restaurants and/or tourist attractions you need to have a car to get around because the residential area is far away. Thank you, Effy, for letting us use your beautiful beach house. We had tons of fun, created lots of memories, and had wonderful times. Pros: - Beautiful, very clean, quiet, three-story house. - Walking distance to the beach. It felt like we had the whole beach just for us - Access to a semi-private pool just across the patio doors - Access to bigger pools within walking distance as well - The house is well-equipped with everything you need. From cooking utensils to toiletries, bath towels, beach towels, hangers, etc - The Villas' staff (maintenance, security, restaurant) is very courteous and friendly - Effy, the host, was always there to answer questions or to solve any issues - The washer and dryer were a life-saver for our special needs family. And the waterproof bed protectors were great as well - Water, power, and propane gas were always on, including hot water. No outages whatsoever - Plenty of closet space in each room, and plenty of pantry space in the kitchen. There were 10 of us and we had a lot of groceries Cons: - The villa is listed for 10 people, but there is only room for 9. Our 10th guest had to use an inflatable mattress. Not a big deal for us but this is something to be aware of if you are traveling with a large family - Only the three bedrooms on the second floor have air conditioners. Effy tried really hard to have a portable A/C installed in the main bedroom but it was not technically possible. All rooms have fans and if you are not a very picky person you can sleep with just that. The nights are not hot because of the sea breeze.

The place is very relaxing, with beautiful landscapes and ocean views, very comfortable and pleasant. We had a very happy stay as a family, I would definitely come back; the pool and beach area are very well maintained, clean and spacious facilities, Monica and Omar were very attentive from the moment we arrived

We loved our stay at Palina's lovely home. The pictures accurately reflect the beauty and modernity of the home. As a family of six, we really enjoyed our stay. We love to cook and the kitchen is extremely spacious and well-appointed. There were many dining area options both inside and outside, and the house looks out on a white sand beach. Palina was very responsive to all of our questions during our stay. We were very content to spend most of our time in the home and on the beach, but also made several interesting side excursions to see Uxmal Mayan city (highly recommend) and other nearby Mayan remains and cenotes. The only drawback is that there is currently construction going on next door from 8:30 - 5:00 M-F. Not an issue when from the beach, but problematic in the home for any late risers. Hopefully that will be completed soon!

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

Everything about our stay was remarkable! The flat is modern and with all the amenities, felt right at home. We had everything we needed to make meals at home, relax, the rooms were very spacious. The location was great, we were looking for a quiet beach front place to have a few days of quiet, and it was absolutely perfect! The shared amenities (pool, lounges, pool bar) were pretty quiet, just a few other people. We had a great time

The house is very modern, although a bit outdated. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds super comfortable. The location is of course unbeatable - less than 20 meters away from the beach. You fall asleep to the sound of waves - just wonderful. The small pool was always good for cooling off. Mirza responded super quickly to every request and small problems were immediately eliminated. The fact that our dogs were allowed in this accommodation was very lucky. They also felt super comfortable. Although the house was right next to a hotel, you could hardly hear anything about this hotel. In the house there is a brand new washing machine, but it can only wash cold. And an oven in mini format. The kitchen equipment is for 2 people instead of 6. This was the only drawback. And that there is no hot water in the kitchen. If you don't cook much, you won't have a problem.

Carolina’s home was perfect for a relaxing weekend at the beach! The outdoor space and access to the beach were so enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here but do recommend having a car to get around. Carolina was very kind, responsive and a great host.

The best hosts in the world. Always accessible and helpful. Brenda did us the favor to provide us with the transportation service to the accommodation. Excellent accommodation, very quiet. Opposite is an oxxo which makes everything easier. The place is right on the beach.
