Better than what you see in the photos. The apartment is super comfortable, spacious and very well equipped with everything you need to relax and spend a few incredible days. The building has amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, terrace with barbecues, even a small cafeteria/restaurant. Despite the season, we were able to enjoy the beach, which had calm, clean and shallow waters, which is ideal for small children. Alex was super attentive the whole time, and resolved any questions and issues. I would definitely come back and recommend it 100%

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

This is a wonderful condo on San Benito beach. Peaceful and quiet. There are 2 small towers that make up this apartment complex, and this apartment is just behind the beachfront building. The living room patio doors are floor to ceiling windows, which open up to let the ocean breeze in. Also AC in all rooms. There is a partial ocean view from the living room and 2 of the bedrooms. I would stay here again. A short drive to Progreso or Telchac Puerto.

Beautiful place, very clean apartment and all new, super equipped with an unbeatable location and beautiful views. You can walk to the La Isla Mall, near restaurants and easy access.

Excellent place and location, I stayed for a week with my family and left on several occasions the electricity, I would come back about 30 minutes.

Beautiful apartment We always stay in Merida in a building that is in front of Cabo Norte, which begins with “A” and ends with “mant” and the reality is that the amenities of this apartment far exceed the previous one. Diana is a GREAT host, always present and very helpful. I would only recommend improving the apartment's decoration. It's not bad at all, but it could be better.

The view is very nice and the apartment, it is close to everything you need, squares, supermarkets, etc. Oscar is very attentive and always answers any doubt

Excellent location and exclusive area for walking and visiting the most important mall in Merida. But the highlight is the constant, attentive, kind and helpful presence of Genesis, our host. This presence is very important when you rent and she is extraordinary in service. Excellent place!

The area is amazing, super quiet, and with the best mall in town right across the street. The apartment has everything you need, super comfortable and well equipped. Without thinking about it, I would stay here again.

We were looking for a place that was off the beaten path, on the beach, with large pool, peaceful, quiet and not filled with tourists. Manuels place more than exceeded our expectations and hopes. It was very cleaned and we had everything that we needed. It was great to have a W/D. We were there from the end of January to the middle of March and it was low season so we had the entire apartment complex, pools, exercise room etc all to ourselves most of the time. The 3 swimming pools were very well maintained and very clean. One of the pools was 90 feet long which made for perfect lap swimming which we did everyday! The beach was great with so many shells and you could walk in either direction for miles. Expect seaweed to be washed up on the beach daily. There was an excellent, very well equipped exercise room. Manuel was always very responsive when messaged. The grounds were beautiful and everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful. You will need a car.

The villa is very nice, decoration, cleanliness, details that make you feel at home. The kitchen is very well equipped and has some basic things so you can cook.

We are very happy. We spent very comfortable and quiet days, which was what we wanted. Everything is very accessible, the supermarket, pharmacy, and even the maintenance person for the place, and Charito was always available!! We highly recommend it

This friendly host was fabulous! Response time was often under 15 minutes. Answered all questions and even found us a home cook who brought in a few of our meals. The 2-floor townhouse was clean and the large shared swimming pool was pristine clean and had lots of shaded seating and it’s beautifully landscaped. The beds were comfortable and there are 3 bathrooms. A great place for 2 couples or a family to rent. Nearby Progresso was great to drive to for groceries and stroll the boardwalk. The house matches the photos as is, the closed is quiet, the vehicle is safe there is surveillance at the entrance, they answer the messages, they solved a problem with a bathroom that gave a quick solution, they are nice people, they accepted our emotional support pet and if they sent the requested invoice. If I would stay again, I recommend it

It is an excellent accommodation, it has everything you need to disconnect and rest, the beach is very close, clean and without people, there is an oxxo very close and some places to get food, it is best to bring some things to cook at home. It's a quiet, comfortable place.
