Apartment vacation rentals in Dubai

We lived in an apt that we exactly saw in the picture. Great location where is walkable to Marina, media city, convenient store, metro and tram stations. Salim is my host and he is friendly and responsive. Very appreciative of the hosting!

What a lovely little place! The hosts were so lovely and responsive. Checking in was super easy and they even set the table for our arrival. The location is very central to Town Square - lovely restaurants and coffee shops within a few metres. The space had everything we needed and instructions were very clear. A bonus is that the apartment is right near the elevators which helps when lugging shopping or suitcases.

Beautiful new apartment with amazing view over the seeside with stylish interior. I had very comfortable stay there with my little son and my mother. Beach was just in front of the building with free sun chairs and the private pool as well. The service was great with quick response. Merci Daniel, Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre appartement. Idéalement situé au même étage que la piscine ( 20 m )et la salle de sport ( 10 m ). Les accès aux grands axes routiers sont très proches. Le city mall est juste à côté aussi, idéal pour faire des courses Tout était très bien et très bien expliqué. Daniel a été très réactif lors de nos questionnement. Je recommande vivement ce super Hôte 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I had an unforgettable stay at Bnbeyond's Holiday Home in Downtown Views 2 Tower 1. The apartment itself was stunning – unlike your typical holiday home, it featured unique and thoughtfully curated interiors that made the space feel both luxurious and welcoming. Every single window in the apartment offered a direct, breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa. Waking up or winding down with that iconic skyline was truly magical. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to Dubai Mall, which made shopping, dining, and exploring so convenient. The building’s amenities were exceptional, and the podium walkway and pool area offered unreal views of the Burj Khalifa, especially in the evening. What made the experience even better was the incredible hospitality from Bnbeyond Vacation Homes. They were kind, super attentive to any requests we had, and always prompt with their service. The apartment was spotless on arrival and felt truly cared for, which made all the difference.

This is the second time I stay in Mohammad place and it’s always a great place to stay. Mohammad and his team are very responsive and always available to assist you. I strongly recommend his place whenever you visit Dubai

This apartment was more beautiful and comfortable than the listing described it! Great location, great pool, great reception staff. We had a few hiccups with keys and access cards, but Karolina promptly took care of us. We recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to be in the harbor end of the Marina.

Un séjour exceptionnel ! L’appartement est on ne peut mieux situé, avec une facilité d’accès à la piscine, à la plage, et à la promenade (the walk) de JBR. Quartier à la fois vivant et paisible. La vue de l’appartement est splendide. L’hôte est très arrangeante et disponible à la moindre requête. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Our stay at this stunning apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautifully presented and immaculately clean everything was. The décor is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. With easy access to local amenities and all of Dubai’s top attractions just a short distance away, it made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable for our visit in exploring the city! What truly made our stay stand out though were the hosts. Enrica, Pepijn and the team were absolutely brilliant – polite, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear from the start that their top priority was making sure we had the most comfortable and seamless stay possible, and they went above and beyond in every way. We’ll be booking this apartment again for all our future trips to Dubai!

Nádherné ubytovanie a ešte lepší hostitelia. Cítili sme sa ako doma, ubytovanie bolo krásne nové čisté a moderne. Nadnerne to tam voňala v celom apartmáne a celkovo sme sa cítili úžasne. Už teraz sa tešíme na ďalšiu dovolenku v Dubaji a rozhodne sa vrátime znova sem. Nemám čo vytknúť. Okolie nadherne v pešej dostupnosti do Dubai Mall aj k Burj Khalife.. Vrelo odporúčam !!! Nebudete ľutovať !! 1000000/10 !!! Slovami sa jednoducho nedá opísať. Hostitelia sú navyše veľmi priateľsky a ochotný ľudia čo v dnešnej dobe nie je samozrejmosť, o to viac bol náš pobyt jednoducho naozaj úžasný!

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Skyline Security ist das beste Apartment, das ich je über Airbnb gebucht habe! Das absolute Highlight ist der atemberaubende Ausblick auf den Burj Khalifa. Es ist einfach unglaublich – man fühlt sich mitten im Leben von Downtown Dubai. Auch die anderen Gäste sind alle sehr gehoben, was die Atmosphäre noch angenehmer macht. Das Schwimmbad war sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und hatten einen reservierten Tiefgaragenstellplatz – sehr praktisch! Der Service war herausragend – das Team hat sich rund um die Uhr um uns gekümmert. Etwas Baulärm auf dem Balkon gab es, aber das ist völlig normal, da in Downtown Dubai überall noch gebaut wird. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
