Great stay ! Very close to everything !

The apartment was as advertised with great views of the Burj Khalifa and a 10 minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The place is very clean, modern and is in a great downtown location. Nimisha and Reynard were very proactive with their communication and had some nice touches to make our stay a nice one. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time here and highly recommend this place!

We had an exceptional stay with Zay Staycae in Dubai! Faiq and Hirshad were extremely helpful since the day we booked the apartment. The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The place was amazing, Ruslan's instructions were excellent and the car parking a breeze. The area is incredible with Time Out Market just over the way and the Burj and stuff right on the doorstep. The apartment was pristine, amazing bed with bathrooms and kitchen spotless. Amazing views from the balcony and access to pool and gym easy to find, there is also a games room, steam room there too. Take three plus nights as its so nice to potter around the area and in the apartment rather than just an overnight stay. We will be booking again in the winter breaks for sure and will always use the place for any family that visit. Thank YOU !!!

We had a fantastic stay here! Yassin was an excellent host—attentive and quick to respond to our questions. The Dubai Mall is conveniently located just across the street, though accessing it requires exiting the building, taking a right, walking a short distance to cross the road, and then using the elevator to P6. The views of Burj Khalifa and the surrounding landmarks matched the stunning images provided. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely return for another stay!

Everything was outstanding the place inside out the balcony view was immaculate 10 out of 10 on everything literally …everything is also local I would definitely come back & book here again !

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

Excellent location near the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Old Dubai and different places of convenience, the host is very attentive and helped us a lot. Without a doubt, we recommend it and we will stay again. 10/10

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Fantastic stay and a lovely home and area. We’re moving to the UAE soon and loved the Arabian Ranches area. The place was very spacious, clean and very close to the pool and golf course.

Had the most wonderful stay ! The villa was so well equipped, with a wonderful pool . 20 mins from everything you could ever want to do whilst in Dubai. We hope to return soon.

Apartment in Dubai, downtown next to the imposing Burj Khalifa. The apartment is wonderful, equal and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with storage and cleaning every day, the location is more than perfect, a few seconds for the Navat (which make a kebab…), 1 minute to Dubai Fountains, 2 minutes to the Burj Khalifa door (which can also be seen from the balcony of the apartment itself), 3 minutes to the Dubai Mall, 4 minutes to other trades, markets, bars, the fire of the ground, subway station and pharmacies very close by and all walking anyway! The check in and checkout without bureaucracy. The host, Dee is 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answers all questions quickly and suggests other options of tourist sites and for fun too! We love your stay and we're sure we'll be staying with you again!

The location is super convenient, just 13 minutes from the airport. The lobby looks nice, and the inside is exactly as described on Airbnb. I really like the simple design, especially the marble dining table and wooden coffee table. There are also several essential oil diffusers, which create a nice atmosphere. It’s great that they provide snacks too. It’s just a 5 to 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall, which is perfect. I highly recommend this place!

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Very good person and place

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.
