Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

Very clean, minimalistic. Rebecca was super proactive and even sent a picture with notes on finding the parking garage! Nice. Everything we needed was available including coffee, tea water and snacks. Very thoughtful. Out of several places we have stayed in the area, Rebecca’s place was the best. We will be back.

Home was lovely and clean, just what we needed for our last leg of our road trip! Host very helpful and friendly :)

Kiwoong was responsive and very helpful within minutes of looking into reserving his house for our 8 man (which turned out to be our 10 man) crew for a work project we were coming into town to do. He inquired about enough space for our team and offered additional options for renting the guest house (located in the back of the house we reserved) or the 2-story house that he also has just across the street! (Which we may just consider on our follow up trip). We had trouble finding adequate accommodations for our entire crew and even more of a challenge finding one that was not priced over the top! That's when I came across Kiwoong's house! It was actually one of the closest of the properties available, while being the most reasonably priced BY FAR compared to nearly all others and provided the most sleeping accommodations of any place I found. Quiet, private, "like home" feel, close to the 10 freeway and plenty of parking both in the driveway and on the street. Definitely recommend!

One of the few Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in where the home actually surpassed the pictures and description. Extremely comfortable, well stocked and centrally located. The kitchen had enough spices, condiments, and equipment to fix basic meals. Lovely outdoor space and barbecue. Really enjoyed ourselves. We rented the house for a week so that we could attend our daughter’s wedding. Very comfortable accommodations for the five of us. Would highly recommend.

We are so happy to have come across Joseph’s place! It is a lovely and spacious home in a great neighborhood. Central to many activities and restaurants. There were no issues to note. Everything went smoothly. Host communication was excellent. Thank you for hosting us!

The absolute best home and host! This location is perfect in a very safe and secure neighborhood. The host was the most accommodating we’ve ever had! We needed sponges for the kitchen and they brought them to us right away along with a treat for the kids 🩷 The home is perfect for a multiple family stay, lots of kids toys and huge backyard for play! We stayed in Huntington Beach so we could go to the beach and Disneyland. 10 minute drive to the beach & 25 minutes super easy drive to Disneyland! We will absolutely stay here again!

We had a very nice family stay at Amie's house for a few days while visiting friends and doing a bit of sightseeing on our way through LA. The house is very pretty and laid out well. It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. Our daughter especially enjoyed the step-down kids' room and the oversized couch. And while it doesn't take too far to get into some lesser areas, the street and neighborhood felt safe. It's a convenient location for seeing different parts of the city.

Sogand’d place was perfect. The location, space and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you need. The washer/dryer were also very useful as we were traveling with 2 babies. We already want to book again for next year!

The apartment layout is reasonable, the decoration is comfortable, and it is very convenient to move in and park. The kitchenware is very complete. The apartment is on the second floor and you need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. Staying here gives a very homey feeling.

Had a great time staying at Steve’s place. Perfect location, close to the beach - really convenient for a trip with some friends.

El departamento es mucho más lindo que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Definitivamente volveremos a hospedarnos con Juan. Hospedaje súper recomendable.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Sydny's place was well-appointed, comfortable, and relaxing. She was responsive & helpful, and the place was close to many conveniences. I definitely recommend her place as a great landing spot for exploring Santa Monica. And if you are from San Francisco, don't miss Tartine's Santa Monica on Arizona & 20th! It's just a few blocks away from Sydny's and the whole place is great with beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and of course, great food.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

An absolutely beautiful place and so comfortable and clean!! Just gorgeous and nicely done!! We felt right at home. Tower 17 was responsive when we had trouble with the fireplace and let us add on another night too. I love their generosity with towels and supplies-no nice not to have to worry about them and we could be comfortable. We loved our time at this place!! Thank you!

Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

We had to evacuate our home in LA due to the wildfires. Michelle was quick to answer and very kind. Check in was so easy! We felt comfortable and safe.

Nicole’s place is fantastic. A beautiful home in a great location.

Really awesome place to stay for Disneyland! It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks and only 18 minutes on the way home. Super clean and it actually looks like the pictures. The 4 bedroom is in a converted garage, it felt homey though. Perfect for our family and we would stay there again!

Eve’s place right across the street from Disneyland was great! The unit was the perfect size, much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel after a long day at Disney. We had 7 people total; 4 adults and 3 kids (2 under 4) and it worked well for us. It’s a really easy walk to Disney as well. Everything in the unit was perfect and it was well appointed with amenities. Eve was responsive to questions and provided great instructions. The unit was very quiet, did not hear neighbors but could watch the Disney fireworks from the patio which was a bonus. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would choose Eve’s place over a hotel next time for a trip to Disney.

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
