It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. Great location for visiting DTLA, Westside, Venice, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Exposition Park...basically anywhere. Parking in driveway means one always finds a spot. Door code access is easy. Kitchen is REALLY well stocked in terms of appliances, dishware, glassware, cookware, spices, cutlery, etc. It's more like being at home rather than an Airbnb. Great music system. Entire house is clean, well arranged and comfortable but still beautiful decoratively including the yards. Quiet neighborhood. Lauren was thoughtful and prompt with all communication. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks very much Lauren.

We had the most amazing time staying at Sara's beautiful home in Mt. Washington neighborhood for our girls’ weekend in LA! The house was absolutely perfect—charming, clean, and full of light, with stunning views of the mountains to the north and that made every morning feel like a dream. We loved sipping coffee on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of birds; and smelling the fruit tree blossoms in the evenings. The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood but still super close to all the fun spots in Echo Park, Highland Park, and Downtown LA. We even snuck in a mini hike right nearby, which was such a bonus! Our host was welcoming and thoughtful—quick to respond; and check-in instructions was a breeze. We had everything that we needed too. You can really tell Sara cares about creating a relaxing and memorable experience for guests. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, serene home base in LA. We’re already planning our next girls’ trip back!

Daniel was a great host and the Airbnb was everything we were hoping for. Super great instructions to get in and use the hot tub and the views were even better than imagined. Would definitely recommend, 100% worth the price! Great location - close enough to everything fun but also quiet enough to enjoy some privacy.

We had a fantastic stay! We booked last minute after another rental did not work out and could not have been more pleased. Vanessa was very responsive and proactive about making sure we had all of the instructions and were able to access the unit. It was a little complicated to enter because the house is kept very secure, but the instructions were completely clear and easy to follow. The location was perfect. We were close to everything in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach and not far from Santa Monica. It is a very walkable area with access to all kinds of restaurants, shops and outdoor activities. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. We felt very at home and had all of the ammenties needed for our stay. The hot tub, yard, and back balcony provided the perfect respite and relaxation. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit. Thank you Vanessa!
