Beachfront vacation rentals in Downtown, Long Beach

What a beautiful home! This was definitely one of our better finds and we loved our stay. The hosts are fast, friendly, and go out of their way to help with anything! We will be back! Thank you for having!

The house was just as described and had everything we needed for our family of six. Kyle was an attentive and responsive host and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. This was a great home base for our family trip around southern California. Would stay here again!

Ocean views and more!!! Martha greeted us and gave a quick tour. She's adorable, warm and so friendly❤️ She had the slider door open already so when we walked in the ocean breeze filled the room. I got chills with the accompanying view of the beach. The whole vacation was Paradise. Linda was so accommodating and helpful. Her communication was great and very responsive. I had everything I needed to cook and the pictures don't do the space justice.. We'll definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This studio was amazing!! It was so cute, all of the decor and thought that went into this space was chefs kiss! The location was amazing and the vibe was just right.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Perfect spot for a quiet family weekend in the off season. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Recommend an early morning walk or run on the boardwalk. The place has everything we needed and the two patios are great for getting either sun or shade.

This place was perfect for our family! My husband always has a difficult time sleeping away from home, but he didn’t have trouble sleeping here! The beds are super comfortable, along with the linens, pillows, etc. We were able to get great use out of the wagon and boogie boards. I loved the location; we walked to the beach in under 10min, walked to the grocery store, and of course my husband enjoyed his morning walk to Starbucks every morning. The kitchen had a beautiful gas stove where we enjoyed cooking every night. Greg, I can’t thank you enough for our best family trip yet!!!

The property is close to everything fun! The beach is across the street. The pier and Main Street are just a few blocks away. It’s so easy to walk there. We dined at Dukes on the pier. We loved breakfast at Sugar Shack on Main Street. The condo is comfortable and beachy. Loved the sunset ocean view from the giant hot tub. There’s also a view of the ocean from the living room and outside deck. Also, Tower 17 Properties thinks of everything and is so accommodating. Looking forward to our next stay.

This apartment is just as described in the write up. It's spacious, clean, has AC and is on a pretty quiet street that's close to everything in Marina. Tony was a fabulous host! He responded to questions immediately and there was one small appliance that wasn't working. He had it repaired within 24 hours. He was proactive, asking if I needed anything else or any help. It was really a great place to stay!

Beautiful quiet condo. We love Peter’s rentals… they are very clean, quiet and in the best location. Lots to do in the area…. We will definitely come back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place - in line with the description. Having a parking spot secured is a big plus. The flat by itself is very nice and well equipped..nothing is missing to have a pleasant stay. Plublic Transportation is at the corner of the bloc - will get you to Santa Monica pier in roughly 30mn. Then from there - metro rail is available to get you anywhere in LA Overall I recommend this place - and furthermore Alisa has been great to communicate with.

We had a wonderful stay at Yese’s apartment in Marina Del Rey! Exactly what we needed to end our trip to the US and in a great location. Would absolutely stay here again.

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! The 2 bed, 2 bath setup was perfect. The couches were super comfortable, and the view of the beach from the balcony was stunning. There was plenty to do in the area, yet it still felt peaceful and relaxing. You really can’t beat the location—just minutes from the Long Beach Aquarium and close to everything we needed. Hands down, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever!

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

The property truely felt like a home away from home. The apartment was very clean and had several amenities including games for entertainment. The location was brilliant and in close proximity to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops conveniently located nearby. Ed was a wonderful and extremely kind and responsive host. He greeted us on arrival for check-in and left several helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area!

Natalie was an amazing host! She truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The peaceful porch was a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee, lunch, or just relax, and being just steps from the beach made the experience even better. Words cannot describe how great Julie‘s home is. On multiple occasions an individual (and their cute dog) stopped to chat and share their memorable experiences residing, renting or simply enjoying this same location. Many people also shared how wonderful Julie and her husband are. The dog parade along the boardwalk is worth it alone. It is deceivingly large. The beds, linens, towels, and overall interior was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Julie‘s property. We would stay again and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Great spot for all the family! Susan was an outstanding host! House was very well split up and perfect for having our own space along with communal areas!

The place was wonderful and the amenities made it all the better. The bbq boat and hot tub were a little tricky to get started but Shane was very responsive and quick to help. The duffy boat was a hit and so easy to use. The only downside was the parking, it was a little tricky to figure out but it was fine. There was also construction outside during the first night that shook the entire building at 2am but that’s more of the cities issue. overall, the stay was wonderful and can’t wait to come back

Matthew was absolutely wonderful and went out of his way to be extremely accommodating which was so appreciated. The place itself was incredible and in pristine condition. We’d absolutely book this space again!
