The apartment is as described. Very spacious and clean. Very good communication from hosts. Walkable to the Walk of Fame. Supermarket very close by. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Micky is such a sweetheart and such a great host. It felt like we knew him forever. He is so funny. he made us feel comfortable! He went above and beyond as a host. He helped us with our bags at check in and check out and made sure we had coffee! (we are educators and survive on caffeine). His place is so cute amd the pictures dont do it justice!!! 100/100 recommend!!

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Excellent property, excellent neighborhood, and excellent host. We had a very pleasant stay for a week in Aimee’s condo. I was very satisfied with the amenities, the comfort and the vibe of the entire place. Aimee was very proactive and efficient in helping us with a parking issue, as well as being available for recommendations. I gladly recommend this place.

Jonathan’s place was in a great location downtown & very central to everything i needed to be around. parking & street parking is pretty easy to find around the area. would book again!

I cannot say enough about my stay here. I stayed here while being displaced from the LA fires and it has been a home away from home during one of the hardest times of my life. Laura is so kind and generous—she did not price gauge at a time when many are. The location in Santa Monica is totally central and a great place to stay if you are visiting LA. Her place is fantastic. Super quiet, very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen to cool and the shower is EVERYTHING. I will always be grateful to Laura and my time here. She couldn’t be a better host 🙏💗.

Great place and lots to do and see in the area. Even though it was an event weekend and it was tricky to meet up, Raymond found us and gave us good instructions on everything. We enjoyed our weekend and plan to return!

This is one of the best airbnb locations I’ve stayed in! We stayed for a month and it was amazing. Super nice place that is very spacious and in a great location. Entire house was very clean and there are lots of amenities. Becky and Alex were awesome hosts and showed us the place before we started our stay so we felt right at home from day one. Both of them were very responsive and helpful when we had questions during our stay. Very safe area and the neighbors are all super sweet. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am back in the area!

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

Fantastic place. Great location, close to UCLA campus with major stores, Trader Joe’s, Target, Whole Foods and many restaurants and coffee shops, all within minutes of walking. Property is beautiful, as described and very well maintained. Everything works and the level of amenities leaves little else to desire. Host was not only very friendly and responsive, accommodating an earlier check in, but when the evening before I announced I will be in LA earlier due to a snow storm, they inquired whether I have a place to stay and offered to help. All in all, an outstanding experience and when in LA next time, I will spend no time looking for any other place.

Bobby was an excellent host who promptly addressed any questions we had. The home was incredibly welcoming, clean, and comfortable upon our arrival. The cleanliness was impressive, with tidy spaces that made us feel right at home. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was conveniently close to restaurants and a shopping center. The home matched the images provided in the listing. My family had a great time and would highly recommend this place to others!

Happy to have found this place! Was perfect for family of 6 to relax and have plenty of space for cooking meals, sleeping, showering after beach, etc. The market and amenities close by was an added plus. The host was super quick, responsive and helpful video / info for the unit.

We had a group of 9 adults and 3 children. With the king, 4 queen beds, a crib and a blow up queen mattress everyone slept well. The kids loved sleeping on the blow up in the living room with a fireplace. The kids also loved the Jacuzzi in the Master.

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in!! So much for the kids the themed rooms and decor were amazing!! Awesome back yard!! Sauna and arcade room/movie room was just a bonus!!! Location was awesome to Disney! If I could give more stars I could! 100% would recommend!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

Absolute gem of a place! We stayed here for a little over two months with our toddler and have only positive things to say about the Venice Urban Farm. It's centrally located (10 min walk to Abbot Kinney, 3 min walk to Oakwood rec center/playground, 2 min walk to Ralph's supermarket) and we were able to walk to get everywhere. Our favorite part of the house was the HUGE backyard, which is a rare find in Venice. We loved eating and hanging out in the backyard, and the chickens laid plenty of eggs which saved us on our grocery bill given the price of eggs these days. Natasha & Kenny were accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Could not recommend this place more, especially if you have young kids.
