Olesia was very responsive and the place made us feel right at home! It's vicinity to downtown and other parts of Knoxville helps a lot. Overall we were really happy!

Volunteer City Getaway is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We stayed for a girls weekend and everyone in the group agreed it was the perfect place, more cost effective than a hotel room and waaaaaay better than a hotel room!!! The apartment has everything essential you need, it was spotless (and I’m a clean freak), in a great location for everything Knoxville, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed and floor mattress, good quality linens and kitchen supplies. We will definitely stay here again. Don’t look elsewhere, this place is great!!!!

I love staying at Omaris’s place. This was my second time staying, but my first time in this unit. The bed was comfy, the location is quiet and it is 15 mins from the university. I will def be back again!

Great location, just minutes from campus and downtown. Lots of great coffee, breweries and dining to choose from. Don’t let the rundown appearance of the exterior turn you off, the interior is fantastic. Comfortable beds, hardwood floors and super cool tile bathrooms.

Absolutely amazing host! We were traveling with our dog and needed an early check in and later checkout and Theodore was the most accommodating and helpful host. The space was perfect for what we needed and couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at this Knoxville Airbnb during a quick weekend trip for a wedding. The location was super convenient—we were able to walk to everything we needed (except the wedding venue), and the neighborhood felt safe and easy to navigate. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice, and having a secure entry and a parking pass was a big plus. Since we had two cars and only one parking pass, a friendly neighbor let us know they often park on the street right out front and have rarely had issues—only one ticket ever, and it was just $35. We decided to take the risk for the weekend and didn’t get ticketed, which worked out fine for us given that nearby lots were about the same price. All in all, this was a great home base for our trip and we’d definitely recommend it. The highway noise wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Stayed for a night before a flight to the airport. Dennis was very responsive when booking. The place was clean and made for a good spot for a night stay. It has close proximity to Knoxville sites (10 minute uber ride to Market Square) and 20 minutes to the airport. Fit my needs perfectly. Was not a luxury spot, though the heated bathroom floor was nice, but in general is good value for the money. Thanks Dennis!

This place is exactly as described. It is a beautiful loft apartment conveniently located a block from all the action of Gay Street. We could literally walk from the loft to restaurants on Gay Street in under 5 minutes! We would definitely stay here again!

Patricia is a great, generous host! Everything went smoothly and the place was perfect I will definitely stay here every time I come to Knoxville, about 6 times per year, 18 -21 days at a time. It was a pleasure to stay as her guest!!!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

Nice place for us. Convenient location for our needs, easy to get to. Price better than a middle rate hotel. Nice and quiet. We didn't cook or eat there, but was well equipped if we wanted to.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. John was a wonderful and friendly host. We loved the bagels and OJ and the home was very comfortable and clean. We felt the space was much bigger than the pictures suggested, which was a wonderful surprise. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and very peaceful natural surroundings, but still very close to freeway access, which was like a little hidden gem. Thank you John for a comfortable stay!

We were immediately struck by how peaceful and quiet the apartment was, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of traveling to Knoxville. Vickie herself was an outstanding host and an amazing person – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Her place is the gold standard for what every Airbnb experience should be: immaculately clean, well-appointed, and hosted by someone who genuinely cares about her guests' comfort. We cannot recommend this studio enough and will definitely be staying with Vickie again on our next trip to Knoxville!

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!
