This downtown condo is located on Market St. and is in the perfect location to enjoy Knoxville. Only 2.5 blocks to Market Square, 1 block to Gay St. and a 10 minute walk to UT, riverfront or the Old City. Walk to bus stations & trolley stops. Pets are always welcome. It’s my primary home & I only rent when I (and a furry golden retriever) are out of town. You can expect it to be comfy and lived in. The furry mutt could win a shedding contest. The most common feedback is folks love the location!

Cozy Comfortable Condo close to Campus/Downtown.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.
