We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! We were in town for our daughter’s college orientation and the location was perfect for visiting the UT campus regularly. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and family room were beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable and will definitely stay again!

Cozy Comfortable Condo close to Campus/Downtown.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had! Saying the place was clean would be an understatement. It was spotless and thoughtfully maintained. The surrounding community was peaceful, safe, and very family-oriented, which made our stay feel extra special. Kelly truly thought of everything. The home was fully stocked with all the essentials one could need, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. Communication with Sean was outstanding. He was attentive from the very beginning, answered all our questions promptly, and kept us updated right up to our arrival and throughout our stay. We truly felt cared for and right at home. I highly recommend their "Off the Beaten Path" home away from home!!!

Beautiful location, great for a family gathering at the lake. Minor downside was lack of blankets. Kids area downstairs would be freezing unless you turned AC off, in which case the upstairs would be too hot to sleep. Washer and dryer were great to have, but washer didn't work too well. Everything else was great, deck, pool and dock. Would recommend.

This house is amazingly equipped. She has thought of everything, even including the first aid kit. I didn’t need any of the “extra’s” that I always bring along. The house is immaculate. The screen in porch is very relaxing, and the kitchen very well equipped. During our visit the pool was too cold to use (although my 26 year old daughter and her cousin managed a 30 second dip, brrrr) it was wonderful to relax around. I highly recommend this house.

Vanessa has a lovely home with the best back porch. The breeze blows through large windows and you have a lovely view....very relaxing. The house was very clean and fresh . Attending graduation at UT was a short, easy drive. My family enjoyed the smart tvs and I enjoyed the quiet. Perfect for us.

This is the perfect home away from home. My family and kids had an amazing time the pool was amazing. Scott communicated amazingly all the information was clear and concised since the beginning. My kids felt right at home immediately snuggling on the couch and running in the pool. Scott was so kind with my little ones. It was a pleasure staying in your beautiful home and we hope to be back some day. Thank you for an amazing time.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.
