Great place! Perfect for a quick weekend in knox and very walkable to many restaurants and bars.

Great place to stay and right in the middle of downtown. Really nice accommodations and all the appliances and features were seemingly brand new. But, let's be honest about that "third bedroom". Turning a walk in closet into a "bedroom" is shady. I don't even know how they fit a bunk bed into that closet. It's an engineering feat.

A fantastic location! Walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. We had no noise at night from the street and area. More of a studio than one bedroom but great separate spaces. Loved it!

Super close to downtown Knoxville, great spot for solo travel!

The place was great. Well appointed, plenty of room, quiet. The beds (bedroom and sofa bed) were extremely comfortable. Nice roof deck although we didn't have a chance to appreciate it. Overall, great place to stay.

Great place to stay, I would come back in a heartbeat

pretty spartan, but we were here for work, needed a place to lay our head. nothing glamorous, happy to have something with a full kitchen and separate rooms for less than a hotel room.

LOVED this stay!!! Rock was so responsive and kind! Place was awesome, walking distance to everything & so spacious and well decorated! Hope to stay here again, so nice!!!

I stayed here for a little over five weeks and it was perfect. Walkable, clean, easy to find, great instructions for check-in and impeccable communication. There were a lot of convenient things in the condo I hadn’t even thought to bring/buy myself like a first aid kit, coffee and creamer for the Keurig, fabric steamer, detergent if you need to do laundry, and power strips to charge all your devices at once. Whether you are staying short term for perhaps a game on campus or longer term like I was you’ll have everything you need. If I sit and really try to pick over something to critique, I honestly cannot think of anything. I had a great time and if I had the chance to book this spot again for my next trip to Knoxville, I would do so without hesitation.

Can't say enough about how great a host Cat is. She responded incredibly quickly to questions and provided answers that were thoughtful, warm and addressed the information completely. The place was perfect for our purposes, four people in town for a music festival. Everything was clean and welcoming, with great touches. One of us stayed on the foldout in the living room, which worked very well. We loved the check-out instructions, which essentially told us to not do a thing because we were on vacation. I would stay there again without question.

The condo was so charming and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect. We walked to campus and to market square. We will definitely stay again when visiting our boys at UTK.

Mark's place was wonderful. My husband was working in the area and it was so nice to come home at night and be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful place, definitely would love to stay there again.

Our stay here was great! Very roomy and comfortable accommodations. We had everything we needed. Full disclosure, the home is in an older building yet very updated. You hear the creaks and squeaks if that is bothers you. We were just fine with it. They provided a sound machine and we slept perfectly! It has old city charm. We walked everywhere. Lots of great options to eat and drink and unique shopping. We’d definitely stay here again! Hosts were very responsive, although we didn’t really need anything as it was all in order!

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Gabriel was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great stay at the condo. The place was super clean, comfortable, and just as described. It was a rainy evening so we spent hours at the indoor pool and my kids had a blast! The best part of all was the breathtaking view of the mountains. Waking up to a sunrise over the Smokies was truly unforgettable. I recommend the condo and would definitely stay again!

Awesome area, beautiful place and so much to do even if you don’t want to leave the condo. Very much worth the money! The kids had lots of fun swimming and playing basketball. We will definitely be planning to come back :)

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy the condo. It’s a nice place to come home too after a day of sightseeing. The jacuzzi is a huge plus, and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walking distance to town as well. It’s definitely a cute and cozy little condo.

We only took the car out to drive through the mountains and to ride to Pigeon Forge. It was great not having to find a parking spot in such a busy area. This condo was perfect for the two of us even though there was a sleeper sofa for a third person if needed. This condo was very clean and an easy walk to main street Gatlinburg even for us senior citizens ☺️. We had a great time and would highly recommend this one! We hope to come back.

It was very clean and I felt right at home had everything we needed very close to downtown I will definitely be back
