My stay was great-the spot was exactly as advertised. It was clean, in a great location and Ashley was great with her communication. I would definitely recommend staying here the next time you come to Knoxville!

Olesia was very responsive and the place made us feel right at home! It's vicinity to downtown and other parts of Knoxville helps a lot. Overall we were really happy!

Our one night stay was very comfortable. It would also be great for an expanded visit. Easy to travel to highway.

We enjoyed our stay at Tami’s duplex. There were only a couple minor issues that she was quick to address, and she was flexible with check in/check out and us extending our stay longer than we originally planned. Would stay here again.

Danielle’s apartment was just as described. Well located for events on or the near the UT campus, easily walkable to many restaurants, shops, and bars, and surprisingly quiet for the central location.

This was my second time staying with Linda. Perfect locations !!!! Perfect accommodations !!!! Going to start planning my next trip soon !!!!

This was such a great find. A block off from the square. Walkable and plenty around. The decor is artsy and comfy. Really loved it. Best part was checkout. No fuss, no cleaning kitchens, taking out trash, doing laundry/dishes. I would give it 10 ⭐️!!

The freeway noise is pretty loud but the provided ear plugs and sound machines were the perfect fix. The location is spot on for walking Old City and Market Square/Gay Street. Beautiful home with everything updated and clean.

Great stay! Location is perfect, outside the town but very close. We spent a lot of time in the park. Very clean, hot tub is great. Some noise from upstairs neighbors, but they have white noise machines. All in all, a great Airbnb!!

Great place and location

We had a lovely stay here and we wish we were able to stay more than one night. We really enjoyed the amenities (especially the lazy river - the water was warm!) and the view of the golf course from the balcony (the sunrise was gorgeous). The condo was cozy and spacious and we look forward to staying here again in the near future. Sherry was communicative and provided us with details for checkin and checkout. My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Tammy’s condo and it was great! Super cozy and spotless. In a good area too, just a short drive to downtown where we spent most of our time. Tammy responded almost immediately to all of our questions and she was super friendly! Gave us lots of information about the area and her directions were clearly stated, we had no trouble finding our condo or getting in.

We did not realise the property was on top of a mountain until we reached there very early in the morning at around 5-6 AM, slept for 5 hours and woke up and took a peek from the patio. The views were great from the patio. The room was perfect. Everything was stocked and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. We were booking on the go, and the hosts were very responsive and responded to our messages late in the night which was very kind of them. It is a good place to stay for 3-4 people max.

We were looking for a place during a cross-country road trip and this fit the bill perfectly. A couple miles off the highway in a quiet neighborhood. The home I was surprisingly large, clean, good space, fast internet. Shopping and restaurants are about a 5 minute drive away. The only issue I would make folks aware of is that if you are traveling with dogs and go walking around the neighborhood, this being a rural area, there are some folks with free roaming dogs nearby and they’re territorial. And there’s a road a block away with no sidewalk and people flying by at high speeds. The yard is decent size, so use that. Alternately, there is a river trail and dog park in town. Kitchen is well stocked with basics, you’ve covered for coffee and basic cooking spices. So overall a great value.

Convenient location close to Turkey Creek (restaurants and shopping), Costco and highway access. Quiet at night. The apartment had all the needed amenities, furniture, multiple TVs to feel like at home.

Great location, super clean, plenty to do within walking distance. Marinda is an amazing host, she gave us tons of suggestions and all were a great time. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

Omaris's place was perfect for me! Good size. Had all the essentials that I needed. The bathroom was gorgeous. She was flexible with check-in.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We stayed here for our wedding next door at Jackson Terminal and could not have imagined a better home base for the weekend. It was clean, spacious, bright, and very comfortable - not to mention extremely convenient to the venue and other events we had downtown throughout the weekend. It was also very accessible being on the ground level, with just two steps between the entry of the apartment and the living room space. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Downtown Knoxville!

This was a perfect location - a couple friends and I just needed a quiet place to stay for a few days while in the area to do some fishing on nearby lakes. Connie's place is serene, beautiful, and very close to town while enjoying the benefits of being countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, and the property is really nicely taken care of!
