Cows 30 feet away :) More of a studio setup with open space and a bunk that is FULL over FULL & twin bunk beds. Sofa folds down to a bed as well. Located behind our 1930’s farmhouse, the Gilcrest Cottage is a newly re-designed and renovated space offering privacy and peace to any traveler wanting to explore Knoxville, Powell, or Norris Lake! Perfect for couples or families of four, we would love to host you on our property as you explore East Tennessee! Please note that we do live a farm friendly lifestyle. The cottage is located next to our personal cut flower garden and our 6 chickens free range our two acres.

Our newly-updated studio is only 10 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from interstate 40. The studio has stunning views of the Holston Hills Country Club golf course, which is directly across from the house. The studio is ideal for a couples that would like to share a queen-size bed but can accommodate up to four people by pulling out the sofa into a double bed. The studio offers convenient check-in available for our guests with an app-assisted private entrance.
