Monthly Rentals in Downtown Athens

This is a cool place in the best location in Athens! The loft vibe is unique and the host has excellent taste in decor (we really enjoyed the record player while we were getting ready to go out). If you are staying in Athens for games, shows or parent weekends grab this place if it is available. Go Dawgs!

John & Mary live in a such a cute neighborhood about a mile or two from downtown. It was so quick and easy to get everywhere we needed to go in Athens. The space is perfect and so easy to access since there is a private entrance. It was sparkling clean and the perfect amount of space of two people. It's so nice when an Airbnb offers a king bed and the bed was also very comfortable! We could hear some footsteps/noise upstairs but it was not bothersome to us at all, especially because we were out and about during the day! It was not an issue in the evenings at all or while we were sleeping. I would stay here again anytime! Thank you, John & Mary!

Favorite place to stay in Athens

I booked last minute when my truck broke down on the freeway. Gussie was super responsive, friendly, & helpful. The place was clean & everything in it worked great. It was a welcome stay after having a rough day of travel.
