Hidden Gem with Artistic Charm We had the best time visiting our daughter for family weekend! The property is listed on the historic register, and you can feel the character the moment you walk in. It’s beautifully maintained with unique artistic touches throughout. The home is well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From thoughtful amenities to the cozy atmosphere, every detail was clearly considered. It’s a perfect blend of Athens history, art, and comfort in a great location! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Can't beat the location for in-town and UGA activities. Parking garage right near our stay too. Stayed for a college visit for my daughter. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and quiet. Host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely stay again on future visits.

Everything was great about the place. We were a little surprised that you cannot get in through the back, but we quickly a customer ourselves to parking out front and walking up to the front door.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cute. You can tell it is well taken care of. Margaret was quick to respond to my messages and they even had restaurant suggestions hanging on the fridge which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Josh was very proactive in communicating ahead of check-in. Directions to the house were perfect. The home was roomy and comfortably accommodated our party of four. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but everything was there. We also didn’t get to explore the neighborhood much due to our other plans, but it is fairly close to the U of Georgia campus. Seems that it would be a nice place to stay for a football weekend.

Everything was amazing. It was clean and cozy with a convenient drive to downtown and Sanford/Foley.

We enjoy our stay everytime we stay here. Has everything we need and always clean and comfortable. Host are very kind. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown and super convenient to visit UGA. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well, very proactive and responsive. Place looks exactly like the pictures in person.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

I loved Laura’s place. It was peaceful, safe and clean. I have stayed in several airbnbs in Athens that are not. The beds were so comfy. She had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Clean and convenient to UGA campus. Easy check-in. Friendly host.

My friends and I were looking for a place away from the city where we could unwind but still be near places we could go exploring. Wingate was an incredible host, showed us around the property when we first got there and made sure we had everything we needed, he even left a few treats for us to try! Absolutely loved the decor, it had a bit of history to it which was nice. Definitely would like to come back one day, this time booking the top suite!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location for Parents weekend. We were able to walk to all restaurants and venue locations downtown. Even though it's downtown, it was very quiet and unable to hear the otherwise noisy downtown in Athens!

We were in town for shows at the 40 Watt, which was a pleasant walk from this apartment. The host was welcoming, and the space had everything we needed.

Amy was very welcoming. She advised me well on what food/restaurants which were close to me, and were many. The bus stop was quite close by, super since I didn't have a car. She drove me places as her schedule allowed, to great advantage. My room and my private bath were perfect for the stay, and Amy was quite accommodating!!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!

This apartment is spacious and includes great amenities. I stayed for ~1 month, and I felt at home. Ravi is a great host. He is quick to respond and attentive to his guests' needs.
