This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

A nice cozy place to stay - close enough to UGA campus to walk when we wanted, but far enough away to be very quiet at night. For the two of us, this was a great place to stay. For a larger group, I think the small bathroom would become restrictive.

This cottage is perfect for wanting to spend time in the area! The property is far enough away from the downtown area to be quiet and peaceful while also being a short drive to the different areas of Athens. The cottage itself is quiet and cozy along with having a ton of land and space for our two dogs to roam and explore. It is next to the main house, but our privacy was very respected and we had no issues at all! Tom provides everything and was very responsive. We will stay again if we are ever in the Athens area!!
