Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.

This cozy apartment is located above a historic 5 Points home. It features a separate, private entrance accessible by a flight of 31 steps. The apartment has a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Look out your window over the trees and walk to downtown, campus & shopping. The gazebo at the end of the driveway has a swing inside, and feel free to enjoy it!
