Fantastic location within walking distance to downtown and super convenient to visit UGA. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts communicated very well, very proactive and responsive. Place looks exactly like the pictures in person.

The Hideout is so, so cute! Everything is brand new and modern, and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything! We were busy the whole time we were in town, so we didn’t have as much time to stay at the house as we would’ve liked, but it was wonderful to have this spot as our “home base” while we were in Athens. Very friendly and helpful hosts! We ended up needing to add a day on to the beginning of our stay, and Crockett was able to accommodate the request, connecting with me in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend!

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. I loved Laura’s place. It was peaceful, safe and clean. I have stayed in several airbnbs in Athens that are not. The beds were so comfy. She had everything we needed. Will stay again!

Apartment was nice. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful with the downtown location.

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and cute. You can tell it is well taken care of. Margaret was quick to respond to my messages and they even had restaurant suggestions hanging on the fridge which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It is so interesting and cool. The hostel has a musician area, gym area, and a nice big kitchen. Everyone was really friendly and cool to get to know. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing. It’s a gorgeous basement pool house with outdoor table and chairs; and of course a lovely pool! Easy to find, private entrance with beautiful and high end appliances, furniture and lighting! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook a full meal for 6! It’s complete with 2 kinds of ice in the freezer, Keurig, champagne/wine/martini glasses. Each bedroom has enormous walk in closets, comfortable beds and overhead fans. The bathroom has gorgeous tiling and great lighting. In the living room there is electric reclining couches, huge tv and beautiful fireplace. We enjoyed every minute here and will be coming back!
