Jill's loft was absolutely perfect. Loved how it was decorated. The location was ideal downtown Athens. Everything we needed was walkable.

The Hideout is so, so cute! Everything is brand new and modern, and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything! We were busy the whole time we were in town, so we didn’t have as much time to stay at the house as we would’ve liked, but it was wonderful to have this spot as our “home base” while we were in Athens. Very friendly and helpful hosts! We ended up needing to add a day on to the beginning of our stay, and Crockett was able to accommodate the request, connecting with me in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend!

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. We enjoyed our stay! The location was great for walking to the downtown area with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. We used the gym and rec room on the top floor. Both were great! Couldn’t use the pool bc of rain but would have! Very lovely spot up there!

Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

Audra's condo was the perfect place for my family to stay for our youngest son's UGA Graduation Weekend. The location was great as we had several events at his fraternity house on Milledge Ave and Downtown. Ubers had no problem finding us and were quick to arrive. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was a basket of creamers, sugars and kcups for the Keurig. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. It was great having two Full and 1/2 bathrooms since we were their with our adult children it made getting ready for our events easy. The apartment complex is old, however inside the unit looks brand new since it has been renovated nicely. The owners were so sweet to welcome us with a graduation celebration gift! Hope to be back in Athens for a football game and would rent again!

Carolyn was an exceptional host! She was attentive and caring! The Air BB was perfect! Everything was set up when we arrived, she even asked us what temperature we wanted and had some snack and drinks out for us. The location and the privacy were just what we needed since we were visiting my daughter for her UGA Graduation! We easily were able to sit on the back porch with my college graduate and her siblings with privacy and we all felt right at home! I would recommend this place to anybody who appreciated a high end place to stay and compassionate hosts. We will be back and we will stay here again! Thank you Carolyn! You were amazing!

I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Athens for a few days. The apartment was quiet, spotless, and centrally-located to everything in downtown Athens. We walked everywhere we went for the three days we were there. Wendi is a fantastic host. She clearly communicated everything we needed to know about our stay well in advance. She also followed up to make sure all was going well (without in any way being intrusive). We’ll be staying here again.

We spent 5 nights, place met our needs. Host was always easy to get in contact with, very attentive always a txt away.

Loved our stay in this unique space in downtown Athens! Location could not have been better as it was close to UGA and in the middle of great food and shopping - not to mention the awesome addition of Kilwins right at your fingertips. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved this unique historic space !

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Great sport to get away from UGA but close enough to get there in no time. Great stay

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

Great location, kind host, and very clean and comfortable accommodations. EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Slept so well on my trip! Definitely will book again when I come back to town.

My friends and I were looking for a place away from the city where we could unwind but still be near places we could go exploring. Wingate was an incredible host, showed us around the property when we first got there and made sure we had everything we needed, he even left a few treats for us to try! Absolutely loved the decor, it had a bit of history to it which was nice. Definitely would like to come back one day, this time booking the top suite!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic! We loved this space and location for UGA graduation. The apartment is beautifully renovated with so much more space than I imagined from the photos. Walkable to everything! My only negative is that I didn’t run across this place earlier in our journey with two kids at UGA, but I would definitely return if we’re back in Athens. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive. You do have to go up 35 stairs from the street, which was fine with us, but others may have an issue. You can’t beat downtown Athens. Go Dawgs!

Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to stay in Athens! It’s a short walk to the downtown area and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Jason was responsive and made our stay amazing!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!
